Hello all, I am new to the seduction game, just came out of long term relationship. Extremely awkward around female. I work at a small company, and the people who sit next to me are female. I'm not really interested in actually pursuing them, but I want to make the most of my 8-12 hours of slavery.

The girl to my right is attractive, but extremely anti-social and angry/stressed with work. As a matter of fact, half the time I say good morning, I barley get a reaction. I've mentioned to her that she's rude, and should be more social, but I feel I came across as needy rather then confident. I work in accounting so we have a lot of stressful and boring work.

Another thing is that their is higher ranked dude at work, who is around her age and cocky. And he will stumble into our area, and capture her attention with his exaggerated stories, so essentially I'm using this dude as a benchmark. I'm also the newest and lowest ranked employee.

So, what can I do in situations like this? How should I behave around them, so that I can form habits that will help improve my overall seduction game?
