quick FR as it just happened. im on my phone so excuse any spelling mistakes.

approached an Asian girl today as i was walking to work. she was really cute and i debated it for a good 60 seconds or so. she was wearing headphones so i had to say "excuse me!" a few times and get directly in front of her to get her attention. her name was "Lyn" and i introduced myself shook her hand and held eye contact. oddly enough she didn't seem creeped out by me at all. i say oddly because of the way i had to position myself in front of her. in DC you dont want to ask "what do you do?" as everyone asks this at all times so i just said "where do you work?" and asked her where she goes to lunch to which she replied "we eat lunch in thr office" i took this as a soft rejection but i was also out of things to say. so i just called her pretty again and ejected as we were at a crosswalk and heading in opposite directions.

im a black guy and dont normally talk to asian girls at all ever. im trying to change that. so im happy i at least talked to one especially this early in the AM and not warmed up lol
