Sexual tension is one of the main things guys fail to create with women. Attraction alone isn’t enough, sexual tension is gasoline to the attraction fire and it an important part of getting to sex with women.

Sexual tension will also keep you out of the friend zone as it will make your interaction more man to woman instead of friend to friend.

Here are five steps to pumping up sexual tension with women.

Number One – Extended Handshake When you first meet a woman use the opportunity of shaking her hand as a way to create sexual tension. Once you introduce yourself shake her hand and just hold it for a 20 to 30 seconds longer than normal.

Of course you want to calibrate when you do this. If you feel she is uncomfortable with this then just release her hand. If she gives you no to little resistance then just keep talking to her as if you aren’t holding her hold. Don’t make it a big deal. After the extra 20 to 30 seconds let go of her hand and proceed with the interaction.

Number Two – Extended eye contact with a smile While you are doing your extended handshake you also want to give a woman extended eye contact while smiling.

Don’t look her in the eyes too long as it will come off as creepy but just like with the handshake give her eye contact for an extra 20 to 30 seconds longer than normal. Make sure to smile while you are doing this to not come off as uncalibrated.

Number Three – Compliment The Way She Smells Women love when a man notices how they smell because women put a lot of effort into how they present themselves especially when they go out at night.

Usually after I tell them the smell good I get close enough to where I can smell them (the neck area) and that for sure builds sexual tension as only lovers usually get that close to one another.

Number Four – A Hug With Lower Back Touch Once a woman knows you are seducing her a hug is a way to get really close to her. I’m not talking about that friendly pitty pat hug.

I’m talking about the hug in which you are face to face with her and you are touching her lower back. Only men and women who are intimate do this to each other, you will see a lot of this at the bar or club if a couple goes out together.

Doing this hug will not only create sexual tension but it will put her in a mindset as if you guys have already hooked up because you are acting as if with this type of hug.

Number Five – Slow Kiss On The Cheeks Giving a woman a slow kiss on the cheek is not only a great way to build sexual tension but also a great way to transition to get a makeout.

It also shows that you have balls because most men don’t have the courage to do this. Calibrate to see how she reacts to the slow kisses on her cheek and if she likes it go for the makeout.

Bonus –Whispering In A Woman’s Ear This is something that only lovers tend to do. It is very sensual and a lot of men and women do this during sex. Slowing down your speech while whispering and complimenting her is something that is very seductive.
