It's kind of long-term game, say there are this popular venue around my city where there tends to be usual face that goes there on the weekend.

Due to my change of gamestyle I usually opted for sniper approach while being friendly to people around me (meaning I'm that social guy but if i see a girl interested or she's showing sign of availability I went in and do my thang, flirt, pull whatever). This method I found to be useful in venue that is not too overly crowded. Unless it's in a dark nightclub where people come and go then I will spam my approach and do it aggressively.

So anyway tonight I planned to just chill at said popular bar in my city. And I was thinking to start cultivate gang of hot female friends around there. You know like just being their friends. This could help raised my social proof in case when I needed it. Do you guys have any advice or strategy how to do this?
