To all the insecure and low self confidence guys on here, I know what it's like. I was not confident, insecure, and had low self esteem, not too long ago. Let me tell you that changing the way you carry yourself will change your life, both personal and work.

People like to throw around the phrase "fake it til' you make it". I disagree. Confidence is all about getting your foot in the door, once you start carrying yourself differently, you start to notice small changes in your life, and that in turn gives you more confidence. It's compounding.

Do whatever you need to get that initial boost of confidence. Start working out. Fix your posture. Get a haircut. The beauty is, it doesn't matter! Find whatever it is in your life that's bothering you, and fix it. Take action.

I was severely depressed not too long ago. Those around me most definitely noticed: I was visibly deflated and exhausted. One week, I started reading more, I started working out, I went and got a haircut, and started carrying myself differently. Only now have I realized that because I changed the way I carried myself, girls started taking notice of me, and started pouring out of the woodwork.

It's not even just girls, either. It did wonders for my mental health. I started thinking about the future, and began to plan my life out. I started performing better in school. My professional relationships went by smoother, and I was just happier.
