this is a class example of not talking about what you want to talk about.

it sounds like you’re letting the conversation meander in a hundred different directions.

take control of the conversation and focus on the topics that are interesting to you.

of course, read and gauge the girls level of interest/ investment in the conversation.

but long story short, no topic is off the agenda for discussion (no matter how weird/ controversial it might seem). if your heart is in it, she probably will be into it too.

Treat the women the same as you treat the guys.

Assuming you're not also 350 pounds or 90 pounds, being 6'4" means you can get more attention than you'll ever have time to handle if you're just reasonably friendly and well dressed and groomed.

If you're having trouble talking to women but not men, it means you're changing something, try talking to women as if they were your sisters or cousins (i.e. as if you had zero sexual interest in them). This practice will very likely show you that talking to women is not much different than talking to men in essence, people like interesting and engaging conversations and like it when people show interest in them.

Perhaps you are forcing these encounters too much and having very high expectations of what an actual encounter with someone you just met would develop like? I think is important to also remember girls are not that intimidating they are too looking for connection and meaningful relationships (if not more than men) so it's just a question to start trying to listen to them, sharing a common interest and treating them as you would a friend. We are not mystical creatures, so how about just be yourself? also ps I think you may wanna hear this episode from a podcast I've been listening, is about connecting and listening to an inner voice and so on. Some insight def will help you overcome this :)

A bit of small talk helps to find common ground. I'm an extreme introvert and hate small talk. But if I want to know more about someone, I have to ask questions...be sincere, be warm with a friendly, not over-the-top smile. If she accepts your compliment graciously, linger and ask another question to dig for a deeper topic you can both weigh in on.

Hopefully the curiosity about the person overrides the distaste fro small talk. You never know when someone's next comment could be a real moment of connection.
