Main takeaway of this wall of text is that your internal game can diminish your SMV gains due to negativity and bad mentality. On the guy that dances like JT vs the guy with perfect push-pull: I like this example. The p-p guy is clearly still in the validation-seeking stage, while the dancer guy doesn't give a fuck. Good example how important mentality/not giving a fuck/not seeking validation is.

/r/TheRedPill18/11/16 11:23 PM

Good post. I would like to add pull the trigger: lots of guys talk to chicks and go on dates, but refrain from actually touching her/escalating and thus end up in the friendzone.
/r/TheRedPill17/11/16 05:42 PM
1

Do you think that a main reason most guys aren't getting laid a lot is because they don't actually go for it? i.e. they talk to women fine but don't escalate by touching her so they don't get seen as sexual guys? So, if those guys would 'try' harder by escalating they would mave more success?
/r/TheRedPill13/10/16 08:35 PM
1

I think this thread was questioning how to do exaclty that.
/r/seduction07/10/16 08:51 AM
2

I agree with this: lots of people on the sub are not doing their best to get laid. Its actually pretty simple if you think about it: you go to the bar, talk to some girl and escalate. The first part pretty much everyone does, the second part just requires some determination but most guys do this as well, its just the shamelessly escalatating that many men don't do and this part is really key. Just put your hand on her back, get closer, just do it and after that take her home and fuck her.
/r/seduction03/10/16 09:00 AM
1

The biggest players I've seen when talking to a girl they always have their hand around their waist etc. after that just let yourself be turned on by her and then it will feel natural. Maybe you masturbate/porn too much and are not sexually interested in real girls that much anymore. Try cutting down on those and see if that helps.
/r/seduction14/09/16 05:34 PM
1

OP your problem is that you are waiting for her to make a move, while you should realise that it is your job. When you are talking to her, you should be horny because she is hot. You want to touch her and then you just do it. Start small by touching her hand and her lower back etc and then just make things more sexual by escalating to the kiss. Since you are horny and want her this feels natural.
/r/seduction14/09/16 05:20 PM
1

Do you have a link to this one?
/r/seduction20/07/16 03:34 AM

Could you explain how it is that you are more dominant in bed? Is it because you are hornier? I always feel that I'm too passive when it comes to girls, maybe masturbating less could cause me to be more agressive due to being hornier. Was that the case for you?
/r/TheRedPill20/06/16 04:14 PM
1

What do you mean by results?
/r/TheRedPill22/04/16 02:31 PM

Okay thanks good to hear. I thought I was completely screwed being bald and short (avg height is 6 foot here), but maybe there is some hope for me by lifting.
/r/TheRedPill14/04/16 04:47 PM
1

I've read in one of your threads that you are pretty muscular and also short. Do you feel that since you've become muscular women are physically attracted to you, i.e. giving you the fuck me eyes?
/r/TheRedPill14/04/16 03:58 PM
1

I think for me the problem is that I don't get seen as a sexual guy. I know women want a guy that wants to fuck them but I don't get seen that way. I can talk to girls and I know in my head that I should escalate (touch her arm, small of her back and work way up from there) but for some reason it feels 'awkward' to do so. I feel as if she doesn't really want me to do that and that is why I don't really do it even though I know I should be touching her. Do you have any pointers on how to overcome…
/r/seduction06/04/16 11:04 PM
1

Is this in the same boat as "how do i escalate?" and the answer is "just do it"? So I can conclude that in the end it boils down to getting over that fear of rejection, in other words having the willingness to do it?
/r/TheRedPill06/04/16 06:24 PM
1

So in conclusion guys friendzone themselves by not expressing their sexuality - that they want to have sex with the girl. Could you do a post on how to best do this?

Can I conclude from the pictures you posted that you are bald?

After reading and reacting to your post I discovered the sidebarred article "Confessions of a reformed incel". Due to an event his mindset actually shifted and he acted in a confident way and not really caring what women (or anyone else) thought of him. Now I understand the paradox of TRP I think; by working on yourself you become confident and this confidence leads to getting laid. The paradox lies in the notion that most guys come here because they have trouble to get laid, but most likely the…

4

Do you think that for a guy who has a 'minimum level' of SMV (basic hygene etc.), which would be most guys I guess, the problem they aren't getting laid is not their SMV but their behaviour/confidence?
/r/TheRedPill13/06/15 01:34 AM
4

I think it's more a combinatoin of both. Raising your SMV will do nothing for you if you don't know about TRP truths about 'how the world works', evidenced by all those 'attractive' rich guys that seemingly flock to Mystery bootcamps etc. However on the other side, raising your SMV for yourself is probably the quickest way to get in the confidence alpha mentality, because the quickest way to feel like the boss who owns the place is when you truly are. In the end in my opinion it boils down to co…

/r/seduction31/05/15 12:47 AM

Yea you are right, but this applies to many "TRP" concepts. I guess this is TRP and not the equivalent sub for women. Many things TRP says about women applies to men as well. Still, that doesn't make it less hypocritic.
/r/TheRedPill22/05/15 03:34 PM

I don't really get it, do you mean that when he tensed up and failed at hiding his attraction to the girl, this created sexual tension (which he tried to avoid but failed at) and you found this sexy?

So basically the best way to embrace my sexuality is by getting really horny from girls (which I guess I don't so much right now because of porn and fapping)? Can it be that due to porn and me not getting horny from real girls that easily I don't see them in a sexual way and thus don't feel that confident and dominant/sexual around them?

Being awesome changes you. It changes your walk, your talk, and how you perceive the world. But being awesome will make you confident enough to not care, because you know you have your shit together. You’re happy with your life, eager to get up in the morning, and confident about the future. That girl across the bar? She doesn’t know you’re awesome. But you do. You know you can walk over to her, talk to her, and spark her interest, and if she’s a bitch, then you talk to that other girl four seat…

Reading your report I think this is the basic foundation why you are so succesful. Being alpha is a mentality and thinking you're better than the rest is alpha per definition. I think that's why TRPs doctrine that improving yourself by lifting etc. is the best thing you can do to increase your SMV is very effective because the best way to think you're better is by actually becoming better. The thing I do not quite get yet is the hamster thing. You ignore her and that makes her insecure so she st…

Am I wrong to assume that you've been good with women from an early age? I think people that aren't that good with women and masturbate to porn a lot do in fact benefit from giving porn up, because this forces them to interact with real girls to get their sexual relief. I guess if you're already good with women masturbating to porn a lot doesn't "hurt" your game, because you already know how to get girls anyway.

/r/TheRedPill28/02/15 10:17 AM

Yea but she gets the feeling you're not needy by how you act right, like the body language you were talking about. I guess the eye contact you gave her also contributes to giving off a non-needy vibe.

Because that's the type of guy she saw me as, that's the dick she's dreamt about hanging off of all her life. And now she's found it. So can I take from this that this girl saw you as that guy that would fuck her brains out instead because the way you looked at her in the subway? She knew from the moment you looked at her for 4 seconds that you wanted to fuck her and did that make you attractive to her?

/r/seduction23/08/14 06:03 PM

Would this mean that when I'm going out and just talk to any girl (even if I don't feel any attractiveness to her) because I want sex really bad, this would make me needy and outcome dependent, but when I talk to a girl I am really attracted to I would not be outcome dependent because I like talking to attractive girls?
/r/seduction06/08/14 11:03 AM
2

I believe that if you are escalating, you should be doing it for yourself (i.e. I'm gonna kiss this ridiculously hot girl in the first 10 minutes of the date because I want it and it's gonna be awesome for both of us) If you want to kiss her, how is that not outcome dependent? Aren't you outcome dependent on the kiss in that case?
/r/seduction05/08/14 07:52 PM
1

Yea I know, so how do you propose to increase one's SMV? Working out, improving your body language etc? If an alpha can get away with saying and doing basically anything (thus making outer game as in routines superfluous), I guess the best way to become this alpha guy with high SMV is working on yourself.
/r/TheRedPill26/07/14 09:09 PM
1

Isn't the way a girl judges your SMV by observing how confident you are. If you make such "power moves" like taking the girls drink that signals a high amount of confidence and thus SMV. If not, how do you suggest to raise your SMV?

Well the way Seddit suggests to build (real) confidence is doing exactly the things you do: work on yourself. Faking confidence with game is impossible because your weakness will always shine through. That's probably why when you were young people didn't notice you; you had fake confidence that wasn't backed up by any value. The real confidence which arises from actually improving yourself like you suggested is what makes you alpha and apparently your current persona is a good example of that. O…

Well I've had a few drunk makeouts and one-nightstands with mostly ugly girls. Like I said on a rational level there would be no logical explaination why I wouldn't be good enough for girls, I just don't 'feel' good enough for them. Acting like I'm good enough is therefor very hard, although "technically" I should be able to turn them on etc., but perhaps like you said just approaching and saying something, have a conversation, short-cuts the problem. That's pretty hard to say without using terms that can be quantified. I suppose how I feel about myself isn't too positive because otherwise I wouldn't have to post here. Let's suppose I feel really bad about myself, what would you advise in that case?
/r/seduction07/03/14 02:33 AM

Never actually thought of it that way. I can indeed put in more effort to push myself to actually take action. At the very least taking action short-circuits the worrying in the short-term. The feeling I have of not being good enough for women might fade after some success, hopefully... Thanks!

This actually makes a lot of sense, thanks! If I may 'transform' your anecdote to PUA terms basically what you are doing is putting the other people to qualify themselves to you instead of the other way around. I think it would indeed be a good 'mindshift' for me to force myself to think 'what are other people up to' so I can't worry about what they think I'm doing. Do not take rapid actions. When you go to pick up a cup of coffee, take out your phone, or open a door, do it at half the speed your brain "wants" you to do it at. Good. Now do it at half the speed of THAT. Now you're getting there. Relaxed, deliberate, graceful motions are attractive. Fidgety, nervous motions are the behavior of a weak man whose system is flooded with chemicals he can't control. This part is really important, since moving more slowly instantly gives you a feeling of dominance. …

I can indeed try to consciously improve my mental thoughts (you call it meditating I think) in order to get an abundance mentality because basically the abundance mentality is the result of a logical thought progress/rationalization. Improving self esteem by focussing on what is valuable about me thus in essence works in the same way, I guess.. All the other sides of seduction such as frame control and body language can be practised consciously as well. It all seems so easy now.. :P

Hey! Thanks for your reaction! If I understand the concepts correctly low self esteem may be corrected by investing more in yourself. This means practicing proper body language and eye contact, as well as reading more books, working out etc. etc. On the other hand, thinking highly of girls is compensated by the abundance mentality. I don't know exactly how this one works, but I guess it's a rationalization? I'm not aware of concrete ways to practice this. Any other advice to take girls of the pe…

Interesting take, mister Kombaiya. Obviously brainpower is important. Two things sting me a little bit though. First of all you take the Prince as an example that does not display any brainpower. It reads very easily. Wouldn't consider it as 'another one of them books' because it doesn't try to conceive some magic idea to focus on, but starts very structurized with basic 'red pill' know ledge, and then goes on on how to actually internalize this knowledge. /r/nofap. From The Roosh Program: Limit masturbation to only one day a week. You’re not going to be too motivated to the challenging task of approaching girls if you’re not horny. Therefore you must greatly curtail your masturbation habits to only one day a week, preferably an off day like Sunday. You want your weighted balls to push you to approach since there is no option of release through your overused hand.

I agree with what you say. The word entitlement might be a bit clumsy. However I think you might have misunderstood my post. The point of my post is that the mechanism that facilitates how the inner feeling of confidence is derived from outside achievements (i.e. general lifestyle improvement) is called entitlement. This does not have to be factual entitlement as you point out. The problem is, are so far on the scale of unconfidence that they shouldn't worry about feeling 'over-entitled'. The ex…

As I described, it is obvious how changing your belief system (inner game) leads to increased confidence. However, a lot of advice on how to become confident instructs to improve ones lifestyle. My post tries to explain how external lifestyle-improvement leads to internal confidence gains. I agree that it's more effective to change your belief system, but it is also harder to do so, as actions precede thoughts.

There really isn't much to say on this subject. As you know the three personality types the triadic person is made off is narcissism, machiavellinism and psychopathy. As concluded in the heartiste articles linked by RythmAndTango machiavellinism is basically game, narcissism is overconfidence and putting your own interests first and psychopathy is the taking of risks and basically could be seen as outcome independence. The paradox with the dark triad personality is that in order to ingrain it in…

Really good post. Also, you also point out things that can be consciously improved, such as eye contact.

I think the look Asa Akira gives when she looks deep into the eyes of the guy comes pretty close to what you mean.

I have to ask: could you be more detailed on how seddit helped you? Change of reactions from the men under your lead or what do you mean?

Seems to me that you are getting needy / outcome dependant. There are quite a few articles around on how to overcome this mental problem.

Could you elaborate on how you eating the red pill changed your behavious in such a way that you got all those plates spinning?

Rather than smooth-talk my way out of commitment, I've been able to establish a literal 5-girl harem of girlfriends who are exclusive to me that are variably aware of each other. I wonder if you could elaborate on how your red pill philosophy has concretely changed your behaviour (and talk), which in your opinion made it possible for you to 'set the whole table'. In line with that, how did you program the idea into them that they are working for your attention specifically? Cheers!

Can those 75 push-ups be done in iterations of for example 3 times 25, or 5 times 15?
