Couple counter thoughts it's hard to slay, takes a long time to build muscle (gains are coming slowly but surely, but the gains I've had so far haven't magically turned me into a pussy slayer) and genetics plays a huge role in overall attractiveness. I'm lucky to have above average genetics but even I struggle to get pussy I legit enjoy, and I feel much worse for the dudes out there who are shorter / less attractive than me who probably struggle way more relationships with girls who aren't sluts…

To me, it's the state of feeling committed to a single person. The ability to pair bond is what people say diminishes the more sexual partners you have.

Could say that about those girls too. Fact of the matter is, there's a drastic difference in options for an X/10 guy vs. an X/10 girl in OLD.

Me neither, it was a joke. 😁 Ahahah gotcha The only thing I'd recommend is remembering to take some time apart Yeah good call, will keep that in mind. I workout on my own pretty regularly so worst case we would probably have a few hours apart everyday from that. I think she and I are both pretty extroverted and don't need too much space, but we're also happy doing things independently and living our own lives Perhaps? If it was an evolutionary trait you'd think all men and women would have it. E…

Oh but that's precisely the best time to! Get those sweet upvotes for being one of the few people who actually put thought into their comments lol. Lol yeah maybe, although I don't particularly care for upvotes That sounds like a healthy way to go about it. I'm surprised you're talking about possibly moving in together already. Obviously I'm not judging but it seems quick. Unless it's not and I'm just being old-fashioned. Nah you're right it is quick. But we figure we're young and stupid and wor…

It was wrong of me to automatically assume you were one of these people. Nah again no worries, I get it. Humans make a lot of assumptions everywhere in life, myself included, it's just how our brains are wired. But yeah, I usually don't spend time on this sub, I just happened to lately... and the quality of comments / posts is a little discouraging considering how interesting these topics can be. I'll see a really interesting question posted, look at the comments, and see so few intelligent resp…

So yeah, it is a relationship but it's good at the level we have it at. No further goals, y'know? Okay yeah that makes a lot of sense. I'm still a bit on edge but I shouldn't take it out on you. Hahah no it's all good, I get your perspective anyway. Like I get why you want to call it FWB and how it still means a lot to you, and how my comment could've been seen to be underplaying that There's already lots of bros here who do actually believe in the whole "women bond to their first sex partner be…

See...that's the thing. I think when most people hear Friends With Benefits, they're cheapening it and assuming it has no closeness or intimacy. Like it's a glorified booty call or something. No I definitely imagine you two are very close and have shared a lot of intimate moments. But FWB does imply to me "not as close as a relationship", unless you are equally as close/intimate/committed as a typical serial-monogamy relationship, in which case I'd just think of you two as already in a relations…

Just surprised he's only a FWB and not something more, especially if he's your only ever partner. Since humans are wired (to a good extent) to pair bond. Personally if I went ten years only ever having a FWB and not a deeper romantic relationship where we're immersed in each other, I feel like I'd be missing out on intimacy none of the issues that sharing living quarters or finances would bring. Which issues would sharing living quarters bring, in your opinion? (Also curious about this since it …

My N is one, and my ideal is thankfully my FWB. We wouldn't still be having sex a decade later if he was too big for me to comfortably fuck. You've been having sex w your FWB for ten years?

This isn't TRP, this is retarded sexism and bitterness. You conflate humans' natural tendencies for groupthink / following the crowd, as "women trying to live up to men". Look at your own life and ask how you haven't simply followed in others' footsteps in millions of ways. Even I'm pretty different from the average person (e.g. average dude doesn't get into pickup and TRP), and yet the vast majority of how I've lived my life is from how I was passively and actively taught to live. I think he said lying isn't alpha because to be alpha means to have a strong frame that you wouldn't need to lie about in the first place. Seemed to me more like just him trying to twist TRP words around to suit his bluepill view instead of looking at the actual definitions / meanings of alpha / beta
/r/TheRedPill15/09/20 06:11 PM

To be fair he didn't explicitly moralize, he just said retarded shit "True alphas aren't afraid to buy their wives flowers everyday" "Guys who lift are beta, otherwise they'd be secure with their natural body"

That's just having a strong frame. Frame itself is the way something is portrayed. Any frame can be weak or strong. Take lifting. You can frame it as an activity for vain dudes obsessed with male bodies, or you can frame it as an activity for hardening your mind and optimizing your body. Or more practically, frame comes into play when talking with hot girls, cause often they try to frame the interaction by default as you're chasing her, and effective game (IME... I'm not a player yet tho) often …

In my opinion, a lot of the problems people seem to have with cold approach is anxiety - fouling their line with every cast. Learn to talk to everyone, naturally, and that anxiety will pretty much disappear whether it's a cutie or not. Personal experience - hasn't worked for me. I'm really social with people in general and tend to be good at making friends with coworkers, making small talk with cashiers, etc., but when it comes to initiating conversations with cuties, that still brings up lots o…

IMO the "I bet I'm the rudest person to walk in here" one can come across really cringy if you're not an older guy who's expected to have more of an unapologetically eccentric style of communication. I don't doubt you've pulled that line off but I doubt most guys here would. The other lines you gave seem a little more universally practical for us, the yoga pants one seems good, but also like you say it doesn't matter, just talk to people

Completely disagree but my full thoughts on the matter would take too long to write out (and I also don't think this topic is useful for us to talk about anyway) and it's time for bed. Gnight 6 months can change a lot but not enough to take you from socially isolated to a deep knowledge of women that would warrant you generalizing them the way you did in this post. Props on the progress and keep it up, it's a long journey and I've got a long way to go as well.

Honestly it might not have even been a shit test (or it might have been, hard to say without more context of their sex life), but the effect was the same either way: by OP not reacting, not giving a shit, and holding frame, he became more attractive in her eyes and she went from being antagonistic to trying to please him.
/r/askTRP17/02/20 04:15 AM

Fuck no man. Assume attraction if you want to make things happen. A month ago I was at a club and sparked a conversation with a girl below my league and she barely made eye contact or talked back, and just a few minutes later she was literally grinding on my leg and asking me to fuck her with me barely doing anything. Like ya don't buy girls drinks like that, good job, and yes girls will often not be into you, but your mindset seems to not match with the reality of how girls often actually act. …

That's the only useful thing I took from the book: tend towards power (love, joy, etc) rather than force. Other than that it seemed like the biggest bag of BS with no additional tangible info. Not to mention that every second sentence he'd say something like "Now remember, this scientific calibration method we invented provides us with the true answer to EVERY SINGLE QUESTION IN THE UNIVERSE AND SO WE ARE NOW ALL LITERALLY OMNISCIENT".

Dude the point of reading Sex God Method is so you can immediately apply it and have better sex. You think I'm here advocating for this book without having benefited directly from reading it? Also nobody's selling you right now, not even the author, cause you can find the book online for free
/r/seduction26/01/20 11:30 PM

That book improved a lot of sex lives, don't bash it if you don't even know what it contains. If you have an actual argument against something specific he teaches, then that's totally legitimate.
/r/seduction26/01/20 10:04 PM

Now stop talking about sex when most of the people on here aren't even gd approaching. Actually I think it's a huge issue in the pickup community that sex isn't talked about much. It's so important and also overlaps so much with game. My game improved a lot (and I understood women a lot more) after I read Sex God Method.

For me, 99% of my lays were conversions. I'm not a physically attractive enough guy to get consistent casual sex easily from cold approach. Do you mind sharing how many lays you have had and over how many years? Just for context, np if you don't wanna Limitless is clearly a pua - I mean the first hint is he's rolling up on girls/sets during the day sober - but even if not I can identify the tactics he's using that pretty much came from old school pua forums. /r/seduction25/01/20 08:40 PM

Its these kind of skills that allow PUAs to have much higher success rates than doing the kind of game that involves mass approaching girls and hoping to find one into them. I've met a ton of guys who can fclose girls at about 10% to open rates But how many of those fcloses were from conversions? I feel like you get good at game through fundamentals, most of which are conveyed non-verbally to the girl within seconds. Even with Limitless in those vids, he's a jacked, high-T dude that girls find v…

There are many types of meditation highs, you're describing one of them but you can experience more than just feeling calm and clear (but yes feeling calm and clear is great too). The high I'm thinking of is like an energy ball of euphoria in your chest that lasts for hours, very similar to MDMA

Highs are unsustainable, and unhealthy The exception to this is highs from meditation, they don't come with comedowns or negatives and they can be pretty powerful

Academia in general has always been perplexed by doing, or action. In Economics, for example, you have default options, which is a public policy theory that hinges on the average person's lack of action. Like you said yourself, behavioral psychology focuses on the topic of human behavior. Fascinating, thank you for sharing this. Hadn't heard it before

What does this mean practically? Can either of you give examples of what you'd say (I'm looking to learn)? Cause there are many ways to be honest or declare your intentions, it's a big spectrum. E.g. from "Hey I'm ___, I think you're hot and I wanna make you my fuckbuddy, you'll enjoy me cause I'm redpilled and satisfy your primal desires for an alpha male, and I have strong inner game from overcoming child abuse" (one extreme, radical honesty), to "we should go for a drink" at the end of an int…

The tiniest changes: I noticed them immediately. Things like feeling calmer after a 12 minute guided meditation or feeling very slightly high after a 15 minute meditation on the bus while on the way to hang out with my friends. The medium-sized changes were more noticeable after maybe a few months of ~15m/day, I noticed I was more emotionally stable and less stressed out. No need for an hour, 20min is enough. What matters most is consistency Consistency is for sure most important but 60m/day definitely produces way more benefits. At the end of the day it's just 3x as much practice. and 3x as much brain re-wiring, plus you can go deeper into your meditations if you do longer sits, you can get into really cool states Dude if you don't think meditation brings happiness, I reeeeally recommend trying some longer sits, honestly when I switched from ~20m/day to ~60m/day…

every advice is welcome Yeah man 2 important pieces of advice 1) Meditate. A LOT. You can literally hack your mind into unconditional happiness. As the years pass on, just like with lifting your body gradually gets massive, with meditation your mind gradually gets insanely happy. A huge part of meditation is rewiring that part of your brain that feels "unfulfilled", and training yourself to feel fulfilled in the present moment without any external reasons. 2) Close friends are hugely important f…

It’s healthier to accept you won’t know everything. There's a difference between not knowing everything, and knowing nothing, being ghosted randomly during an intimate relationship. Oh your second point is spot on, it's not necessarily going to actually provide the girl valuable insight. Also, from a male, rational perspective, closure is bullshit for two reasons. One, closure comes from within. Nobody can give it to you, you just have to decide the thing that was bothering you doesn't bother you anymore. There's really no words that you can say to do that for her. You're missing something important here though. Yes, in theory we should be able to, completely independently, generate our own happiness and closure in all situations. Women are attracted to alpha behaviour patterns. These can be done in a number of ways. You can be an asshole in an alpha way or a beta way Often, being an asshole seems alpha because it takes balls to be a dick to someone. You can't see why yet because you're still in emotional scarcity. The more emotionally abundant you become, the more benevolent you become (the abundance just flows out of you), and the more you realize that other people's shitty actions are because they're suffering or in scarcity and you feel sorry for them. You'll become happy and emotionally abundant, and wish all others to be the same. It's basically the exact opposite of the crabs-in-the-bucket phenomenon. Doesn't matter if they abused you…

Yea but that requires actually being able to get other girls of equal attractiveness/value/personality/etc. Either through daygame, or tinder, or nightgame, or social circle, or just talking to girls as you go about your day, etc. Which is what I was asking about: what route(s) did you take to reach abundance? Even my high-SMV friend who girls fawn over would get heartbroken in the situation you described in your post,…

Damn man. I've been on this sub like a year and I rarely come across posts this demonstrative of abundance. Reading your story made me sad even though clearly the point is that it shouldn't. Thank you for sharing, I'm glad you saw past other people's comments here who didn't see the benefits of your post. It's people like me who benefit from it. What allowed you to reach this abundance? Lifting and...? (I'm currently working on lifting and daygame) And out of curiosity how tall are you?

Really dude? "How often do you meet an emotionally stable vegan?" Ad hominem combined with sketchy anecdotal evidence probably from you having facebook arguments with upset vegans online (the loud minority stands out). Meanwhile there's a massive community of people who are vegan and meditate, do yoga, etc. and are the chillest people you'll never meet because they don't have arguments on facebook and meanwhile you don't do yoga or go to meditation retreats (some of the best ways to actually be …

Stay silence so the enemy have no clue on when and where to strike. The enemy? This is such an unhealthy mindset. You should be viewing the world as if everyone is your friend (or potential friend). Staying silent so "the enemy" can't hurt you just sounds like you're living in fear and scarcity

That's the point though, enjoy the decline, enjoy that girls are more sexually open than they were in the 50s. I actually wish girls were even more sexually open, like they were in the 70s with free love.

It's okay to be in the anger phase, vent and process as you need to, but don't pretend it's the best phase to be in. I'd rather have the mindset of "girls are so cute, how they act emotionally in the moment and follow their desires... also I have way more choice and abundance now than guys did in the 1950's" than "SOCIETY HAS GONE TO SHIT, GODDAMN SLUTS EVERYWHERE".

I think you're overthinking it. People are lazy and hang out based on convenience. When my best friend lived just a 15 minute walk away from me for a year, I still only hung out with him a handful of times that year because I was already roommates with awesome people who I hung out with all the time. Now I live with that best friend again and we're just as close as ever. It's okay to be the friend who initiates. It's one form of adding value to people's lives when they're usually too lazy / intr…

I mean, the site is redpilldad.com lol. Same with Todd, his lines can be really cringy if you don't have his personality / age / etc. Like, "you look like trouble, part of me wants to get to know you, part of me wants to run away" is some of the cringiest shit I've heard. I'd say focus less on the implementation examples, and more on the abstract point he's making.

telling a girl you're a virgin is most certainly not a valid "TRP sexual strategy." Why not? Works fine for OP.
/r/askTRP18/10/19 11:17 PM

Honesty can work as a TRP sexual strategy if it's done in a certain way in certain contexts. TRP isn't an exact dogma, just because Rollo says not to answer doesn't mean that's the Official Redpill MethodTM. Other experienced members here might be very good at being honest with chicks about their sexual history and keeping them interested.

Sounds like you're in scarcity which is why her giving you attention makes you feel so much "pleasure". You wouldn't care if you could easily get other hot chicks. Not judging, I'm not in abundance yet either. But sounds like that's the solution: improve your SMV, get better game, get more abundance, and come from a place of genuine compassion. Look up Karisma King on youtube, he embodies this

/r/askTRP15/10/19 01:25 AM

Sure, I completely agree with your comment. But I'm not sure how this ties into OP's post. You acknowledge that people infer a personality from you, hence why there's value in "acting like someone else". OP is talking about that type of personality—the one that can be inferred. The pattern in behaviour. And OP's specifically talking about the "alpha" vs "beta" personalities, the ones you can "act like".

If you're going down that rabbithole (arguing that only things that tangibly exist in the moment exist) then that makes conversation a lot more difficult. Math would be impossible because you'd tell me "how do you measure the number 2? it's just an abstract concept in your mind"

Not dumb at all, it's actually a very important thing to understand in life. The more abundant you are, the more generous you can afford to be. This can be abundance in any form. Wealthy people can afford to donate their money, so they do. Middle class people can afford to donate their money, too (to the homeless person down the street, to the Against Malaria Foundation, etc), but they don't feel abundant, so instead they congregate at Occupy Wall Street and complain about how the 1% of the 1% i…

RSD Tyler put it well in one of his old videos: girls are simultaneously the most confident and most insecure. I've known girls like this very intimately in the past. They have huge egos: They're confident enough to post publicly about their mental health... most guys would never consider this They often still view themselves as flowers to be won over by men (this is biological though, women are wired to be picky) In person I've found they're also very confident in being able to say what they wa…

In terms of sex, sporadic. Had sex with about 5 chicks this year ranging from 6-8 in looks. I'd only ever had beta sex with girls I loved in the past, so the fact that I've had casual sex at all this year by playing the alpha-role is huge progress in that domain for me. Personality exists, it's just fluid. Personality is a pattern of behaviours. Just like alpha and beta are. An outgoing personality might include behaviours like talking confidently, smiling when talking to people, starting interactions with strangers, etc. An alpha personality might include behaviours like being emotionally unreactive, confidently hitting on girls, etc. Both are clusters of behaviours. Archetypes. The more alpha behaviours you have, the more alpha your personality is. A friend o…

My approach to dates is to focus more on the nonverbals than the verbals. Have fun, be yourself (and really own who you are, slight twinge of cockiness because you love yourself and your life), and focus on the vibe and sexual tension between you two. That way, whether she's talking more, or you're talking more, it doesn't matter. And you won't feel the need in the first place to interview her, because you don't care about what you two are saying; you care about the nonverbal vibe.

Depends where you're at in life and what potential you see in the marriage. E.g. my friend's dad is married to someone he doesn't love and who doesn't love him, but he's old and very unlikely to ever get good at game, so the "search for better" doesn't apply as much. He also still enjoys the companionship and they'd both likely get lonely if they split. IMHO you will never be "the one". Even if you stay exclusive your whole lives, it won't be due to blind loyalty and soulmate-ness, it'll be because you're both each other's best options. If she gets into an accident and burns half her face off, as sad as it is, you likely won't want to be with her anymore. If you get depressed and fat and play Warcraft all day, she likely won't want to be with you anymore. Just enjoy it while it lasts and enjoy the journey of life as much as possible.

One aspect of bluepill dating is the concept of sticking together, of irreplaceability of your partner. I guess my point would be that people get desensitized to actual affection and wanna skip to the genital stimulation. Most of the time felt like I just didn't actually exist and that I wouldn't wake up the next morning. Thanks man, I am 100% better in that context now. Looking back, most of the cause of the DP/DR was depression, and fixing the environmental sources of the depression fixed the DP over time. Hope you find your way out as well.

Lol... he's not describing a permanent state of "it feels like a video game", just while he's lost frame. It's very normal/healthy for life to feel out of your hands in certain situations, just not all the time. (Coming from someone who's experienced actual DP/DR before.)

That's the funny thing. One of my ex's was below my standards (physically; I obviously was with her cause she was a chill person) but I wouldn't have even matched with her on tinder. We compared tinders and she'd get close to 100% match rate, and I'd get like 1% lol.

I've got 4 by 2 women I'd love to hear more about how you managed this, what it was like to go through it and how it is now, etc. Do you still see both the women?

Meditation-related ones, since that's one of my passions and honestly everyone should get DEEP into meditation, it's powerful shit. Disclaimer, I'm not a chad (yet). But in my experience, the few sex-obsessed chicks I've come across (one ex-gf, one ex-plate, one ex-best-friend) seemed to have various factors behind their sex obsessions: GF: had just started college and was seeking both rebellion and validation. Very attractive, got picked up by guys on the street and loved it. (It was an open relationship, I didn't care.) Also got herself hooked on cigs out of rebellion. Plate: I wasn't very into her, so she was heavily seek…

She sounds exactly like my mom. She and my dad went to the same type of graduate school. Then she got lazy. My dad would literally do phone interviews with a high voice pretending to be her, and she'd get the job because of him, and then she wouldn't show up to the job. She ended up being a housewife, playing card games on her computer all day, and beating her children (me!) in her free time. Btw it's extremely common to question yourself in an abusive relationship. It helps to be aware of the i…

They build attraction through body language (assertiveness, confidence, nuanced eye contact, etc). They also seem to calibrate a lot, because they're so assertive and confident that they could intimidate the girl by seeming out of her league, hence the compliments and often statements of empathy (they usually seem to do this for girls who aren't crazy hot, since they can be more insecure). And then there are PUAs like TaySocial, who goes very direct and sexual, and doesn't need to calibrate but …

I'd say it's more "treat people as your friends". You can respect people while still being a typical polite, small-talk type of person. OP is talking about more than that IMO.

It's honestly a simple decision to me. Is it better to begrudgingly stay with her so that you don't break her heart? Resentfully marry her out of shame? That'd be cruel to her. It's way more respectful to her, and better for life, if you're just honest with her. Your emotions sound the exact same as mine when I didn't want to break up with my ex, whom I'd already broken up with and gotten back with twice before. I cared about her a lot, she didn't do anything wrong, and I didn't want to hurt her…

There would still be a base physical desire for variety behind that social conditioning though. Doesn't seem like an enjoyable solution to "enforce" virginity. Same with arranged marriage, abstinence, etc... sure, they get fewer STDs and avoid cheating, but that doesn't make it better lol.

I appreciate seeing this comment. I'm just starting to have an easier time getting out for daygame and starting to enjoy it more, and it's nice to see someone like you talk about how that initial adrenaline is fun. Cause what you absorb changes the way you see the world. It's good to have that balance of positive comments against all the approach anxiety posts with regards to pickup (which I'm guilty of myself). :)

The desire for sex / relationships is a fundamental and deep human desire. Survive and reproduce. Half the equation. Very unlikely to overcome in the way you're talking about. If getting laid meant that little to any of us on TRP, we wouldn't really care much about being alpha. Beta bucks honestly have pretty good social lives usually, it's more their dating lives that suck.
/r/askTRP03/06/19 09:43 PM

Lol if you're picking up a girl trying to get laid you give a fuck at least somewhat. Doesn't mean you have to be bummed if she doesn't come, but her coming would definitely make it better or you wouldn't offer it in the first place

You're probably right (even with my experiences with game what you just said works way better) but god damn I hate this side of game lol, I fucking hate the fakeness / superficiality of wording things specific ways like this. But yea thanks for the advice man.

Right well I mean I'm not lacking in feelings of abundance, meditation keeps me feeling awesome (don't listen to the ppl who say you only need to meditate 10 mins a day... meditating an hour a day is so much better lol). I'm specifically looking for game advice in this thread. Cause game is more than just "act like she's nothing to you"... if she was nothing to me I wouldn't have picked her up in the first place or showed the positive emotions of liking her (in a non needy, non pressuring way) t…

Just perspective IMO. From the perspective you're talking about, yea I'm a "loser" for giving her value. From the perspective I subjectively had when hanging out with her, I'm a really cool dude who liked her feminine energy but was still very self-abundant (and showed that in noticeable ways). But yes, not abundant with women yet. Just abundant with happiness and self-love and feeling fulfilled in life.

Cause I don't have a job rn (by choice, for self development) and still mostly fill my schedule with a lot of fun and self-improving shit. E.g. yesterday instead of going on the date with her, I worked out for a few hours (cardio + weights) in the morning, meditated for a full hour, applied for a bunch of jobs for a few hours, then went daygaming with a friend in the evening for a few hours, then slept early and woke up early this morning. It's not like I have a loser lifestyle lol You're right …

Except I demonstrated in other ways throughout the instadate that I'm a cool guy But I get it I guess I'm just clinging to natural game cause I really hate the idea of being super gamey and having to apply bullshit like push/pull and explicit leading (I led in a calibrated chill way instead of being super alpha like "oi come over here"). :/ thanks for the reply I guess to conclude... I was clearly higher value than her, but it sounds like it doesn't just matter that you're higher value than her,…

A few months? Damn I've been trying to lift + bulk more the last few months and I look nothing like this guy. K well then here are my specific thoughts on the situation. Makes excuses about how shes done this and done that for me so when she needs me to do something for her I do it. Are they genuine things she's done for him that compare to the errand he's running for her? If so, be happy for him, there's nothing wrong with running the errand. If not, then say "do you really think those things she did for you compare with this errand? Especially given how she treated you last year?" If you're worried, y…

Sometimes friends are open to hearing red pill stuff but you often gotta be very delicate and smart about it. Don't shove it down their throats at all, just pepper in important insights from an outcome-independent mindset. It's actually very similar to game in that way. The less outcome-dependent you are, the more receptive the other person is.

by definition lynching is done by a mob against individuals so it's kind of not applicable Yeah my bad, just looked up the definition, I thought lynching was just hanging ppl But I would fight, physically and non-physically to defend myself from being wrongly imprisoned. That wasn't what you replied to in my original comment though, I originally said I'd rather be in prison than lose my morality to the point of wanting to hang liberals by the necks from trees.
/r/TheRedPill21/05/19 11:25 PM

Meditation and different life circumstances I've gone through have shown me that my internal world has a much bigger impact on my personal happiness than my external world. This concept reminds me of Howard Roarke from The Fountainhead who chooses to be homeless instead of sacrificing his values for architecture gigs he doesn't believe in, and throughout the book he is more grounded and content than his higher-achieving peers.
/r/TheRedPill21/05/19 11:07 PM

Not only would that accomplish nothing for solving the issues you care about, you'd also lose your soul in the process (if you haven't already) and you still wouldn't win, no matter the material outcome. I'd much rather rot in prison while staying true to my values than be the sort of person to lose my morality like you describe.

I'd love to hear other people's thoughts and experiences on this subject. It's such a contrast of mindsets: don't give a fuck about her (which often seems to work well) vs. make her want to fuck you (which often involves looking like you don't give a fuck, but also other things).
