I weighted 70kg and went to 64kg, so almost 10%. I wanted to cut a bit before bulking so my face didn't bloat, maybe it was easy due to low muscle mass. I didn't had cheat days, but I had some cheat snacks almost every other day, I like eating shit like sweets, pizza and caloric stuff but I don't really need it, so I could control my impulses when I felt like eating icecream, sometimes I did though.
