Stays in contact with exes lol. Has alot of female friends.

I’ve heard of alpha and beta but now there is a sigma?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/12/21 02:50 PM

How is it conditioning if it’s something I want? My mother is not a pick me, she is a queen and she’s married to a HVM. Why is it wrong of me to want what my mother has?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/12/21 07:24 PM
1

Ummm what I am definitely happy with myself.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/12/21 02:28 PM

Idk you but I love you for this advice ❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/12/21 03:36 AM

You’re making a lot of sense, I think you are right I just feel left behind. I am used to being on par with everyone else and I’m getting depressed because for the first time I am not. You figured me out! Haha
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/12/21 02:50 AM
10

You’re so right. I can’t imagine being depressed and also having to be a mom with no support. I can’t walk myself into that situation. Thanks ❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/12/21 02:28 AM
5

I am sorry. Sending you hugs.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/12/21 02:26 AM
2

Yes I had a easy straight forward life. Do you think this is why I’m having a hard time now?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/12/21 02:16 AM
7

Why do you think a woman isn’t at her full potential if she thinks a male is necessary? I specifically want a husband and kids, the family unit. I think it’s okay and natural for women to seek out companionship and a support system. I also think we need to recognize that alot of women Ditch their friends once they get married so sometimes the advice of get friends as a support system isn’t that easy.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/12/21 02:12 AM
7

Yes you are right. How can I get out of the scarcity mindset when I feel like HVM are actually scarce?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 10:17 PM

Thank you ❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 10:15 PM
15

Maybe I don’t get it because I’ve never been in a very bad relationship before. I could be suffering from the grass is greener on the other side.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 10:15 PM
11

Thank you ❤️❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 10:12 PM

27 and yes I’ve been in relationships.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 10:10 PM

Honestly I would rather not.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 10:09 PM

I am 27 so I will look for that. Thanks!

I have been and it’s been disappointment after disappointment. I won’t give up but it’s really hard to keep the faith when things keep going wrong.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 09:12 PM
3

Thank you
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 09:11 PM
-29

I guess I thought it went without saying that I am not interested in single motherhood because I clearly said a husband and kids. I felt you were pushing it because I already stated what I was looking for.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 07:58 PM
-27

I am chill I was just saying lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 07:44 PM
-32

Please stop pushing single motherhood on people who don’t want it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 07:30 PM
10

Hugs. I truely feel for you. I hope we both get what we are looking for. The friend group dwindling as we get older is something people don’t talk about enough. A lot of people aren’t open to making new close friends, sure they are open to associates but not actual close friends.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 07:00 PM
19

But number two doesn’t apply to some of us. I am not someone who has struggled with self love or being in a healthy state of mind. I actually went through life pretty happy and accomplished everything I wanted on my own. I don’t think people who want marriage and children automatically suffer from not having self love or being unhappy.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 05:29 PM
49

That is true.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 04:59 PM
15

So I’m stating I want to be married and have kids and instead of respecting my choices you want to change my mind?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 04:58 PM
14

The things I can control in my life are going extremely well. I don’t have complaints.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 04:57 PM
54

Thank you best comment ❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 04:56 PM
74

The answer for me is no, all of their relationships are low value. But that doesn’t make me feel better because there are things I can’t do alone. Like having a family and children. Depressed alone is one thing, but if you’re in a depressing relationship and you get children and a family out of it isn’t that better than being depressed alone?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 04:53 PM
23

I don’t think we should compare ourselves to Beyoncé. I think celebrities live a completely different lifestyle than us isn’t her husband a rapper? A lot of rap music encourages having a main chick and a mistress we can’t act surprised when a rapper is living what he raps about.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/11/21 06:55 PM
3

Same I genuinely do not want to feel needed
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/10/21 03:01 AM
2

Huh? Why do you need a human you just met 6 months ago? That’s literally unhealthy
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/10/21 08:21 PM
6

I think feeling needed in a marriage is completely separate from being needed by a man you just met 6 months ago. This post is not directed toward married people.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/10/21 03:30 PM

At times I feel like this sub went from dating strategies to women being shamed for DESIRING to be in relationships. I’m sorry is this not a sub for people who Desire to date?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/10/21 03:37 PM
293

Omg I love this sub. I’ve been saying for a long time and people always point to how LVM say men don’t care. HVM want equals. They are not looking to feel superior to their partner , that is a LVM trait.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/09/21 03:25 PM
1

Thank you! If I want to find out if I’m fertile (without trying for a child) where do I go? Fertility clinic?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/09/21 05:45 PM
1

Thanks! Did you have children using the eggs you froze? I read it’s painful process. Is that true?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/09/21 04:47 PM
4

I support and really like this ideal!! I actually don’t mind it because I want family and I agree that women are better partners. My issue though is that I RARELY encounter HVW. The women I know would sneer at the thought of this.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 11:48 PM
5

Very true. I disagree with decoupling children and right partner though.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 09:11 PM
15

I actually never thought about this. Thanks!

How is it a dream world when it’s my reality lol you said in your other comment that your mom is a pick me. So maybe for you what I’m talking about is dream world cause it’s just not your reality.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 09:06 PM
3

Good point lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 09:05 PM
7

I agree !
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 08:10 PM
5

I guess because I come from the happy married home. I’ve experienced the benefits. So since I experienced it I want my kids to experience it too. I’d feel like I’m cheating my kids of the experience of having a family. I don’t mean to rub it anyone’s face, but coming from a loving family is amazing. Being unconditionally loved and supported , it truly lives up to the hype.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 07:08 PM
3

A good parent tries to position their children to be in the most healthy position as possible. That is literally the point in good decision making and vetting while dating. Literally. It is healthy of me to plan to bring children into the world in the most supportive and healthy environment . I am not sure what you are getting at. Do you want me to go ahead and not plan the best for my child ? Wtf
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 05:54 PM
-2

What? Obviously my kid would have their DAD if something happened to me. I said I rather not have a sperm donor because then it’s just me and the child and no other additional support.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 05:43 PM
6

Thank you! Those were great points ❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 04:15 PM
14

Thank you!! That is something to consider. However , I am an only child who comes from a small and loving family. I would prefer to not go the sperm donor route because I want my children to have a family. I think about things like what if something happens to me and my parents are of old age. I don’t want them to be alone. Sure I will leave them a ton of cash but children need love and support more than money. I want them to have an aunt , uncle, cousin, or someone to turn to in the event somet…
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/21 03:58 PM

I don’t think you read the content of my post. I think women do know we are capable of happiness and whole lives outside of relationships. This question isn’t intended for those who don’t recognize that. This question is directed towards women who are accomplished and have completed everything they want to and want to start a family. Some of us want marriage and kids and there is nothing wrong with that.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/21 02:19 PM

Exactly I feel like society makes you feel needy for saying you desire a romantic relationship.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/09/21 07:38 PM

I agree
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/09/21 11:14 PM

We didn’t need research for this one 😂
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/08/21 01:35 AM

I agree. We need to collectively stop giving them such a large net of options.

This post is intended for those who are having trouble working through solitude
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/06/21 11:24 PM
17

Honestly, I steal friends all the time ! Lol, I feel like female friendships are worth going out of my way for.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/06/21 08:15 PM
13

I totally agree that it’s worth the effort. Hugs.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/06/21 08:11 PM
38

Love your response. Thank you. I also find that when I am directionless, my social and dating life absolutely thrives. But when I uphold boundaries and standards BOTH social and dating life takes a hit. It’s saddening at times , but like you mentioned, there is a difference between solitude and loneliness and we get the benefits down the line.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/06/21 08:10 PM
80

We have to be honest and discuss that not everyone has a lot of close female friendships. I fortunately do. Alternatively, when a lot of women hit 25-40 , they start families and rightfully shift their focus to their husband and kids which leaves the single women out.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/06/21 08:06 PM

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/04/21 02:56 AM

I don’t do 50/50, I don’t know if you’re blind but I clearly said I overtly say no. But am I in denial that 50/50 is the norm for people under age 30? Absolutely not.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 11:14 PM
6

Idk where you got im a people pleaser from when my style is to overly say no.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 08:27 PM
0

Idk but I’m still dating the man who asked me and he continues to pay for everything. The topic never resurfaced. The point of my OP is to gather thoughts on whether people are overt or not
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 07:36 PM
7

Yep I think this is where she was coming from
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 07:22 PM
3

From what I’ve seen its true
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 07:21 PM
33

I agree ! But my question was am I right in overtly saying no or not. My friend also doesn’t do 50/50 but she operates in a different way. I’m overt where she is more quiet about it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 06:21 PM
6

I didn’t get it either to be honest lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 06:17 PM
55

I agree it’s definitely tacky to ask
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 02:23 PM
31

We can’t deny that splitting checks has become normal. I don’t think a man asking if you do 50/50 makes him low value, I think If he “expects and requires” 50/50 then he is low value.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 02:04 PM
251

I agree. I went out with a guy and he asked if I believe in picking up the check sometimes. I said no. A friend who also doesn’t do 50/50 said that I shouldn’t overtly say no because it’s sounds tacky, just don’t pay. What are your thoughts? Should I never overtly say no or simply never pay?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/03/21 01:51 PM
66

People have always talked about me because I only date guys I am attracted to. They say as a woman I’m the pretty one and that’s that. I just don’t believe that.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/02/21 03:06 PM
5

That’s what they say but I know a lot married to women who pursued them 😂
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/02/21 09:11 AM
20

I agree
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/02/21 10:21 PM
37

True. But PickMe’s literally pursue men. They pursue the HVM too. So even if she’s not on the HVM spectrum, they literally place themselves there lol. Thoughts?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/02/21 10:09 PM
96

How can we prosper with so many PickMe’s readily available 🥲
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/02/21 10:03 PM

I really love this 😂

Why are those signs in particular your favorite venus placements in men? How can we compare our venus to a mans venus to determine compatibility? I thought mars signs mattered? Lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/08/20 12:29 AM

What do you mean by make a move? I edited my post to provide more context.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/08/20 11:58 PM

Well that’s not my experience, I am 27 and my parents marriage is exactly what I thought it was and what I want. I know it’s hard for some people to believe that happy marriages exist.

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 06:42 PM

No, I don’t. I want to stop yearning because I want to be patient.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 06:41 PM
1

You shouldn’t call someone’s view of life narrow, what’s narrow to you doesn’t mean it’s narrow to someone else. I encapsulated hobbies and traveling, amongst other things when I said “ happy, fun social life”.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 06:39 PM
2

But what if you came from a happy family like me? My idea of love is the healthy bond my parents have. When I read unfortunate stories I think it’s unfortunate and that’s all.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 01:38 PM
1

I already do this
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 01:05 PM
3

This is a great way to approach this!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 01:04 PM

I really found this helpful. Thank you so much.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 01:02 PM

No, I want that life because I come from it. I don’t think a therapist would think otherwise.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 01:01 PM
3

I elaborated in my post why I want it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 01:00 PM
6

Lol I come from a healthy loving married household so I don’t have a romanticized image of love I have a very real one.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 12:58 PM
2

Same. I’m a high wage earner but that’s only ONE aspect of my life not all of it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/04/20 06:54 PM
5

Having a good social circle is a must however I 100% don’t believe that’s more reliable. There is a pattern where as women have families they rightfully so divert more of their attention towards their families and themselves. I also had a good mother and father and feel it’s my duty to do the same same. I also am not into meaningless sex lol. I honestly believe our minds are computers, if we believe it won’t happen then it definitely won’t!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/04/20 02:57 PM
11

For me its desiring children and a family unit. There is nothing wrong with a woman desiring this as it is just being a woman. However I am just not into the single mother thing I’d rather get married and divorce and at least know I attempted to give my children a proper life. I’m in the minority of women who don’t think men are that special and am not boy crazy. However biological kids are a MUST for me. My aunt is 55 single no kids and well paid. She had a heart to heart with me years ago and …
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/04/20 02:28 PM

I have good judgment
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/04/20 02:18 AM

I only want to get married because I want to have kids and I refuse to do it alone lol
