I made a similiar post last year because this happened last year but i keep recalling it every now and then because it's so hypocritical it pisses me off. Before posting this here,i posted it on another forum.Made a few changes though.Excuse my english btw,it isn't really good: So this is a sexuality class, the teacher tells us about different situations and we need to say who's fault it was and say whether it was cheating or not.
So we were told about this situation at first: a guy has a gf and another girl has a bf.Both of them drink and make out together, who's cheating and who's fault is it?
Everyone agreed that it was both their fault and they were both cheating
Now the hypocrisy part, 2nd scenario:
A guy has drank so ****ing much,he can barely move/talk/make sense and a random girl comes and starts blowing him, he tries his best to resist, she keeps going and he gives up after 5 min.
Was it cheating? Everyone (we are 3 males in a class of 40) says that he was cheating. I raise my hand and tell them that they'd be crying rape if the genders were reversed, they all look at eachother speechless while trying to some retarded logic to counter what i just said.
So one girl raises her hand and says ''If he didnt want to be taken advantage of, he shouldn't have drank that much'', and the teacher says :yep, that's why it cant be considered as rape, good answer''(exact same words) I'm already raging at this point, another girl raises her hand and says ''When we talk about rape related to alcohol, it's only when the girl becomes unconscious after drinking too much and someone has his way with her. This guy was still conscious so it can't be a rape'' to which the teacher answers'' Yeah, this is another good answer'' and some guy raises his hand and says'' LOL,CMON?!? THAT GUY DIDNT GET RAPED'' while looking at me.
Hello ''Victim blaming'', some retarded term feminist always use so we don't blame a rape on the victim BUT BUT BUT unless the victim is a male.If a girl has sex with you willingly but had a drop of alcohol in her blood ,it's rape if she decides to regret it. BUT if a man drinks so much that he is only half conscious and a woman starts having sex with him,it's not rape. If the victim is a male, it's his fault. AND YOU CAN ONLY GET RAPED IF YOUR EYES ARE CLOSED AND YOU'RE TOTALLY UNCONSCIOUS/ASLEEP
oh god feminism is bad for my sanity
TL;DR: From the whiteknight and female perspective , men do not have rights. They complain about double standards BUT THEY USE BIGGER DOUBLE STANDARDS and can't seem to realize how hypocritical they are Only women have rights, men are evil
This teacher is pretty sexist against men too. I can post about other rage-worthy moments

Alright: If the situation is that he cannot properly defend himself against any outside move, then I would consider this situation an indecent assault (in its legal sense). And he is not cheating. It is missing the violent part for rape. The point in this case is, that he did not actively choose to enter any sexual activity (which would make this cheating) but rather the girl uses a situation in which the boy (a) has an impaired judgment and (b) has no longer the physical ability to defend himself. It is the equivalent of a girl getting raped by a strong man, and there we have the "don't teach women how to minimize the risk of rape, teach the men not to rape". When it comes to cheating, I consider the circumstances of the "incident". If my girlfriend goes out and has sex with another guy while being sober, this is cheating and a reason to dump her the moment I learn about it. I consider that scenario highly offensive, since there is obviously a problem and she does not respect me enough to talk about it openly. If she was drunk or otherwise voluntarily intoxicated, I can overlook one incident. But it is very likely that this situation happens again (the next night out is just a week away), and for my own well-being I cannot tolerate a second "drunk mistake". If there were special circumstances (and with special I mean tampered drinks or black-out drunk) I would not consider it cheating, since she did not actively choose to cheat in any way.
