Get proof from her doctor then demand a paternity test. Don't except any responsibility till she proves it is yours. If it is and she's not just cycling off her meds at you then sorry but you are shit out of luck. She WILL try to get money, a commitment, blah blah blah out of you. Count on it buddy.

IANAL but as far as I know, paternity is a state-level law in Aus. Get some legal advice, if you want some idea of what's going to happen before you do that, either post what state your ex is living in and I'll do some research, or google it yourself
