I took my 5 y/o son to the mall the other day, and was horrified by how many young girls (7+) were dressed in super-high shorts revealing their buttocks.

I figured that this would surely send a mixed message to young males like my son.

On the one hand women demand that they not be perceived as sexual objects, while on the other they dress in sexually provocative clothing that makes the exact opposite statement.

So how can women be taken seriously when they reject objectification, while doing everything in their power to be seen as sexual objects.

Even I am confused, so what chance has my son?
