Well if she is sanctioned under the Mental Health Act (very rare) she won't go to prison, but she will stay in secure mental facilities until it's decided she is no longer a danger to the public. Considering her pathological lying, lack of empathy, and superficial charm? She could be in there for the rest of her life.

To be honest, I think you have to be mentally unhinged to purposefully murder anyone in the first place! These sort of diagnoses shouldn't be used to commute a prison sentence, but rather to get her the medical help she needs whilst she is in prison...for a long long time.

sorry but from what i read this woman is clearly deranged, i can see a long term stay in a secure psychiatric unit. the pussy pass may be a factor in many cases but if she was a guy who was as equally as batshit insane he would be doing the same term

I'm of the opinion that anyone who commits multiple murder is psychologically broken in one way or another. Rather than arguing for harsher punishments for women I'd like to see the same leniency applied to men especially men of color who always seem to receive statistically harsher punishment for equivalent crimes..
