Look all you need to know is that this is the old trick of changing the definition of a word. If you can extend the definition of "abuse", you can then say that 1000s of guys are abusing their women.

This makes it sound like all those men are beating up their partners. The same trick is when they accuse someone of "misogyny" and then claim they were just talking about "sexism" They use the word knowing that the word carries connotations of the old meaning: "hatred of women"

It's dishonest language, quite simply.

The same thing happens with stats - some charities define child abuse as anything that happens to anyone under 18. This makes it possible that a 17 yr old thug who starts a fight and gets hurt - will add to the stats on "child abuse"

I don't disagree with this. But I also think women who have long term affairs are also abusing their partners too.

Truth is - there's NEVER an excuse to cheat. Talk to your partner. Go to counselling. Hell, break it off and go sleep around then. But, there's never any reason to cheat. And this applies to everybody.

I really can't disagree with the premise though. In a way, it's a sort of emotional abuse and it's the same the other way around.

This woman is a complete jackass, she doesn't care if it affects men in the same situation and on top of it she fails to grasp that many political marriages are of convenience and not "romantic love" - itself a sop to female supremacists.

Anything that doesn't mean some man kissing some womans ass at all times in the exact way she wants it = abuse.

Cheating is abusive. But the dangerous part of being so one sided is that she not only doesn't recognize that it goes both ways, but will get very upset when the onerous punishments she advocates for get turned around and applied to women.
