Seems like both of them was trying to blame it on him. Is there a article to this story? I want to know how old this son was before I hate him like I do the mother.

I feel bad for the dog, it didn't do anything wrong. What was the point of tieing it to the truck anyway? At 13 you should know better.

How was this whole thing not just a tragedy stemming from idiocy? Idiot mom and son expect the ex to notice the dog. Idiot ex doesn't notice the dog. Nobody actually has any intent to hurt the dog, but the poor dog, owned as he is by a cadre of idiots, gets hurt nonetheless.

As for the case, there isn't enough evidence to condemn the woman. It may be that it was her kid that came up with the idea of tying the dog to the rear of the truck. If it was her idea, that would be different...
