My (male) roommate pretty much made this statement to me yesterday when the topic of male rape victims came up (don't remember how). It took him a moment to realize how ignorant he was sounding.

Reminds me of the male equivalent of Senator Akin saying "Well, women who are rape victims don't get pregnant, the body can shut it down." You're basically saying "Men won't get raped, because in order to get an erection they have to be enjoying it."
