Wow. So happy to so that published. I have been, off an on, been bringing this up for a couple years now. It's been enough that females get away with so much and are held accountable for so little as it is. Our culture takes it much further when "but, she's a mom" is used as an implicit or explicit excuse.

This is not a question of using politically correct language, but rather of not reinforcing and playing into stereotypes.

Why is it bad to reinforce stereotypes?
