Penile adhesion - shit, I'd never heard of that. When I first started getting real erections, my dick would hurt around the scar area when it was a blue steely. I never connected it with circumcision, I just thought that it's a flexible organ and some pain was natural as it was being stretched out to its full size. Now I wonder.

Great comment. Saying that boys should be circumcised to lower the risk of getting AIDS when condoms exist is like saying that people should get one lung removed to lower the risk of lung cancer when healthy lifestyles exist. (Not the best analogy, sorry.)

I don't understand #6... "You’d rather he have unprotected sex as an adult than use a condom". Are uncircumcised men less likely to use condoms?

The HIV reasoning is so obviously disingenuous. The average straight, non drug using, non whore monger/sex tourist male living in a western country is incredibly unlikely to contract HIV during sex with a woman. In the unlikely event he does have sex with an HIV positive woman a condom will provide much greater protection. The condom will also protect from a spectrum of sti's he is much more likely to contract. The use of circumcision to decrease hiv transmission will likely lead to lower condom usage due to desensitivity and risk compensation. There is also no evidence of greater protection for male to male transmission. Politically uncomfortable ideas such as needle exchange, decriminalization/legalization of prostitution and drugs, state subsidized condoms and comprehensive sex education are the only ones that are going to have significant effect.

I'm sorry, what does this have to do with condoms? Are circumcised men unable to use a condom?
