Imagine an article published by a man, featuring a large photo of a man, strongly advocating female circumcision.

Any takers? Think it would even get published?

They should include an uncensored video of a circumcision being performed on an infant in the article and watch the poll votes change dramatically. It's totally barbaric, the child's screams will stay with you for days.

Yeah, the people who make over a billion dollars every year from circumcision are giving the procedure the thumbs up. Very objective.

Funny thing is that as America has gotten greedier the AAP has changed its position accordingly. In 1970 they said there was no reason to circumcise, around 1999 they said the pros and cons were even, and now they are saying there are more pros than cons. In another ten years they will be recommending that it become a routine procedure - a recommendation that will at least double that paltry one billion because, as we all know, one BMW is never enough.
