Went in pro-se to modify a malicious stalking order and submit a petition to enforce parenting plan. Ex wife was no show, and I got judgement by default in my favor. She was properly served. Now she has disappeared- If she is avoiding service, how can I prove this in order to work on custody change due to abandonment? If she has left the state (with the kids) how can I prove this on a budget?
