not sure what i want to say here so i am sorry if i ramble.

i have recently noticed the complete anti male social and media bias, and the fact that the law removes a lot of rights we should have. i find that as time goes on i feel the need to try to change this, not just for me but for my son and my daughter.

my main question is twofold.

firstly, where do i go to meet men who have similar aims, i don't want to end up in a space with conspiracy theorists or pick up artists but i do want to talk to guys (and girls) who can help me understand the depth of the problem. and in future who can advise me about how to work for mens rights and inform me and/or challenge me about mens rights issues.

and secondly, i need to know how i can stop hating myself. i have spent most of my adult life feeling that my gender had done women a significant wrong. that we aere all the rapists and the peadophiles, that we were the abusers and the controllers of destiny. i now realise that is not true, but i still cannot shake off the social conditioning, i struggle to see women as anything other than victims and i always end up with my brain fighting itself because the facts don't fit the spin i was sold my whole life. do other men feel this wway or is it just me?

all i know is i don't want my son to feel the way i do when he older and i certainly don't want him to suffer for the sins of men over 100 nyears ago.
