Let me start this out the way I always start these kind of conversations out. I might not think she's a good person, but I know she's a good mom to our daughter. So I try to be as respectful as possible to her, but sometimes it's hard.

Long story short, I'm in the Marines, we lived in California, she was miserable and decided to leave because I didn't want to pay off her 1,300 macbookpro she put on a creditcard two months before we got married. Now I live in North Carolina, and her and my daughter are in Michigan.

Then my ex asks me if I can give her $2,000 to help her to buy a car. At first I said, sure! You can move out of your parents' house sooner and give our daughter her own space! Then I find out instead of working two jobs and saving all her money like she claims, she wastes most of her money on going out with her boyfriend, or hooking up with people from craigslist.

Now, I don't care about what she does or who she does it with. But is it fair to ask me to front the money for a car when you pretty much have no intention of putting any money towards it yourself? So I tell her I'm no longer going to give her the money. On top of the fact she's been taking our daughter to the wrong doctor for her insurance and now I'm going to be charged out the ass, full price, for doctor visits. I can still pay my bills and give child/spousal support ($445 for child, about $360 for spousal) but that's it for now.

So what does she do when I tell her this? Refuses to answer any of my emails (after already blocking my phone number) and defies the court order we have in place to let me skype with our daughter every other day.

This isn't the first time she's kept my daughter from me when I didn't do things she wanted. It's always her default action, too, because she knows I have no feelings for her anymore, but I'd die for my daughter.

I thought this would stop after I got that court order but I guess not. Anyone know what my options are?
