Congress man learns first hand discrimination against men. Goes to Congress. Congress passes bill to increase funding for women's shelters, as election year, women's groups well organized. Federal government passes rule that eliminates social security, disability and or veteran payments to men.

It's not a big secret that millions of tax dollars go to homeless programs that discriminate again men, especially single older men.

Just diverting public funds to a group like Women In Need is a form of discrimination if no equivilent cash goes to male-only charities, which of course don't exist. The result is what we see on the streets - 20:1 male:female homeless ratios in some cities.
