One of them was an incompetent idiot who tried to get me to do her job for her, like other guys in the office. I refused.

Eventually, she was assigned to my team snd nobody else could help her so, when I refused, she hit a freaking wall and got desperate to save her ass. She tried to pull a lot of crap behind my back and stopped only when I forced the issue in front of the company owner and she backed off.

Now she’s scared and always acts nice to my face and do everything I say (sometims even using other guys to help her do the tasks I tell her to do).

The other woman is a post-wall disaster: unattractive, 46yo, sligtly fat “mother hen” wannabe who’s the company’s secretary who everyone else kind of tolerates. She tries to look down on you like your mother would, with disapproval, each time she thinks she’s right. She crossed me a few times and, unlike all the other guys who let her treat them like dirt, I pressure flip or mocked her in return.

Both these idiots tried to get the two company owners (one each) against me, and failed. Now they talk shit about me in private all the time, and I don’t want this in my backyard.

How to proceed? Company is small, no HR, 20 people max. Thanks.
