Stalking is a real crime, but is equally vague.

It's difficult to judge borderline crimes, but they can't just be dismissed, it just means that finding the border has to become intensely thorough.

Or he must be beaten, he must have REAL PHYSICAL harm done to him because of the emotional harm this woman has suffered. That is IMHO the root unjust double standard at the heart of this whole mess.

She has not got a mark on her, she was maybe a little scared or just uncomfortable, he needs 20 years as punnishment, no specific case in mind.
