There is a wage gap and it is against men. For equal work under equal circumstances women usually make more. Mainly due to affirmative action.

Keep in mind also that it is usually the most qualified, highest potential achieving women who become detached from the workforce. All of the housewives I know have college degrees, some advanced degrees, some highly technical engineering and other STEM degrees. There's a study out there about women who graduate from Stanford. Something like half are out of the workforce in 10 years. It is no wonder there are so few women in leadership positions.

They bring up wage gap, and I bring up labor gap.

And men really get shafted when they not only support someone else but when women spend more money than men.

Though we can let the ones who don't care about equality think working ling hours is great : )

Bare with me for a moment, but female privilege is a significant factor in the "wage gap". The Department of Labor's own studies show that some major factors contributing toward the disparity is fewer women working in STEM fields, physically demanding fields, and dangerous fields, as well as spending more time in long-term unemployment.
