What I find hilarious about this, in other parts of the world, primarily Europe, the age of consent is around that age. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_Europe)

Also, I'de like to hear their opinions on the mothers and adult women (Kim Kardashian being an example) finding Justin Bieber to be "cute" or attractive. For the record, Justin Bieber is 17 (might have been 16 at the time) and Kim Kardashian is 31.

Not only is the guy not a pedophile, it's debatable that he is even an ephebophile. Even if he was either, as long as he doesn't act on it, then he shouldn't be thrown into jail or a mental institute either... But stop linking to SRS. I downvote before they link this thread.

Well, pedophilia is (defined by wikipedia) the sexual attraction of an adult to pre-pubescent or early pubescent children. Seeing as a 14 year old could very well be pre- or early pubescent, this smells like pedophilia to me!

Anyway, either way, acting on it's statutory rape.

I don't understand the problem. Surely someone can admit that something is attractive with no sexual feelings for them at all, right?

I'm a man, and I can say that other guys are genuinely attractive men. That doesn't mean I want to have sex with them. Isn't this essentially the same thing?
