There isn't much to defend. He settled the allegations. This isn't a completely false allegation as I understand.

I'm against Cain in the general election, don't expect anything from me on that end. His desire to further tax the poor and working class while lowering taxes on the upper crust is sickening.

Sure, its sexual harassment shaming, but they gave the woman 1 years pay to settle. . .

Cain was accused of harassment, settled out of court, and this information has been made available to the public. The media sensationalized it because Cain is the frontrunner for a major political party and for profit. There's no need to get involved in this story as there is no story.

On one hand you have Men's Rights, on the other you have Reddit's extreme liberal user base. It kind of cancels each other out.
