I wrote the flyer. Let me correct a few misconceptions.

This is fallacious reasoning. The fact that women get murdered by their spouses and beaten and raped by their boyfriends proves that women cannot infallibly judge the content of men's characters. (Either that, or they don't mind being murdered.) The simple fact that a white woman multiplies her chances of being killed by her spouse by 12.4 when she marries a black man over a white man, shows that race is a useful piece of information to take into account. Again: if women could judge men's characters with 100 percent accuracy, this would not be relevant, but clearly they cannot. Another useful piece of information: whether or not he's wearing a t-shirt that says "I murder women." Those are just two examples of things to look out for.

You are mistaken. The best predictor of violent crime levels in an area is the percentage of the population that's black or Hispanic. The correlation is 81%. This is about 4 times more accurate than lack of education (37%), poverty (36%), or unemployment (35%). If you control for all three of those other factors, the race-crime correlation drops to 78%. In simple terms, if blacks and Hispanics had exactly the same jobs, incomes and educations as whites, they would commit crime at almost exactly the same rates. This analysis is from "The Color of Crime" (2005), and is based on data from the US Bureau of Justice Statistics.

No, you are also mistaken: see above. Someone actually went ahead and checked if your claim is true, and found that it is not. Whatever the reason for black crime, it is not poverty, unemployment, or lack of education.

The claim, again, was that white women should not date black men, i.e. should CHOOSE not to date them. It was not: "white women should not be allowed to date black men," or whatever you read.

Just one more thing: "Blacks may commit crimes (or more accurately, are arrested for crimes) out of proportion of their numbers..."

Actually, the most accurate way to express it is: blacks are much more likely to commit crime than whites. You see, victim surveys, crimes reported to the police, and arrest records all agree. For example, in 2002–2003, 55% of robbery victims surveyed by the Census Bureau (in the annual National Crime Victimization Survey) reported that the perpetrator was black; 55% of robbers reported to the police were black (FBI Uniform Crime Reports); and 54% of robbers arrested by the police were black (FBI-UCR). This was true for violent crimes across the board; any racial bias actually favors blacks (they are especially likely to get away with rape), probably because the police are afraid of being called "racist" by people like you. Therefore the police are going after the people who commit the crimes, not picking on specific groups.

If you bothered to check the facts, you wouldn't mistake reality for "racism."
