The title pretty much says it all. In the last couple of hours I learned that I've been awarded primary custody of my special-needs toddler... though I'm not sure I like calling it a "victory". A marriage ended in acrimony and a little boy winds up in a one-parent home.

I think this makes two cases in the last month for r/mensrights dads who've gone through the system and come out on top.

The case had elements of DV, emotional and sexual abuse, and for good measure at least one extramarital affair. I'll say that my exposure to the family courts was largely positive, but I suspect a lot of that has to do with my ex displaying her narcissism in bold, HD color.
