You're in for a long custody battle more than likely. Unless you can prove that there is a serious risk to the children you're going to be fighting for equal custody at best and not sole custody. If you aren't paying child support already you more than likely will be after the case.

That aside, when you say second shift I'm assuming afternoon to close which means you'll be out until probably 10 at night. It may be a better idea to try and change shift to a morning shift before trying to go for custody that way it can't be brought up against you. If you have family members in close proximity feel them out for babysitting.

she is crazy, i don't see it taking more than you presenting your self mild mannered and calm in court. The girl is irrational and I don't think she could hide it very well even in court.

Depending if you can afford it, a nanny may be a good solution.

I had her sign an agreement that stated if in any event of separation, break up, or divorce she would lose all rights including custody, and financial of any genetic offspring of mine. - Signed and dated by me and her as well as printed names.

I have a stable home

You also carry a deadly weapon with you all the time, known as penis, that's not a safe environment for kids.

She has been arrested for doing a few things in our relationship which would be on record

Minor things.

I have a job

That's bad, because you have to go to work, while she can stay at home and get alimony and child support from you, at the end of the month she will have more money than you, so she is the stable parent.

She has no - job, stable home, highschool degree or equivalent, vehicle

She is the perfect stay at home mom, she will take care of the kids 24/7.

Most of her family have a record as well as most of them doing an assortment of drugs

Doesn't matter you are man in a feminist society, you are criminal.

Multiple texts showing her as an abusive person that is quick to anger

She cares about her kids and she is very protective of them.

Multiple witnesses to her character

She has witnesses too and they will say that you abused your kids.

I probably have more but that's a start. Plus I will have a great lawyer while she will have none.

She will have an even better lawyer, she will not mind spending a fortune on a very expensive lawyer because she will pay him with your money.

Things are just barely beginning for you bud. Hate to break it to you but your about to find out that the court system doesnt give anywhere near a fuck about you. Having PERSONALLY gone through your situation i can say expect to pay between 3 to 4 thousand dollars on lawyer fees in first three years. DO NOT EVER SAY ANYTHING TO YOUR EX AT ALL NEGATIVE. i got a restraining order put on me because i said i hope the scam baby (meaning baby produced entirely to win money from me and the state) dies in her belly. Granted thats a brutal thing to say (but in my defense i had just been SCAMMED into having a kid we both EXPLICITLY agreed on not having) it obviously discloses no such desire for "violence". ESPECIALLY after i had JUST received restriction on her part because she LITERALLY stalked me and my friends and would show up at my house demanding my son when it was MY time with him on top of doing a plethora of incredibly immature things that i documented. What im trying to say is the court does not give one single fuck about you as a man, so you have to "muscle" in your viewpoints as i did. My own goddamn lawyer didnt even have the balls to stick up for me and say what i did in court which ultimately granted me 50/50 custody. The courts be default recognize women as victims and men as criminals. Go into this knowing this knowledge and you will fair much better. For example, when my son was born i had absolutely no rights whatsoever as a father other than the ability to be prosecuted for child support, this is because we were not married when the child was born. It took $2000 and 3 months for me to finally have the rights i should have had in the first place. I LITERALLY had to pay MONEY to be able to have rights to MY SON. As will you. If not for my family there is simply no way i would have been able to pass this hurdle. This means all the not as lucky men out there who dont have help eventually give up the fight for their kids because simply they do not have money. This to me, is one of the most disgusting things we have progressed into. It is not a racial thing... it is a financial thing... All those black kids without fathers.... why do you think that is? is it because black men despise raising children?? FUCK NO!!!! It's because THOSE black men who are in poverty (or even an average wage earner) but cant afford an extortionately priced lawyer dont have the luxury of having a lawyer or an understanding of the bias against them in court.

Women are much more in tune to this simple reality. They understand that a fail safe for them equals just going along with the pregnancy and if all else fails they can just depend on the poor unsuspecting soul who had a one night stand with them months ago to pay for the child to grow up even tho the mother KNEW both parties were not interested in a serious thing/relationship/kids/family. Anywhere you have opportunity for fraud it will be met with people abusing that opportunity for fraud. This is the reason we are where we are today. I hope you stay calm and get full custody brother.
