I hereby petition on the posters behalf, for the immediate reinstatement of his account.

This was not porn, and can not be said to be or construed as such. It was not an image intended to induce or elicit a sexual response.

It was from http://verydemotivational.memebase.com/ , Which is a site that creates pictures that are intended to be funny and play a part in internet culture, particularly meme culture.

It is an affiliate of the Cheezburger Blog Group (http://cheezburger.com/sites) , which all participate in the same antics and comedy. Neither VeryDemotivational, their content, or their affiliates, or their affiliate's content are pornography. They are comedy.

Now as to the legitimacy of his posting of the picture in question, I would like to site FAQs 1 (http://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/71ues/faq1_why_did_you_post_this_what_does_a_crazy_evil/), 9 (http://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/7yyjr/faq_9dont_all_boys_want_sex_people_dont_really/), and 12 (http://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/b4drp/faq_12_what_about_the_mens1/). FAQ 1 supports posts showing that women can be just as bad as men, despite popular opinion. The photo shows three women breaking in to a private/public man's/men's shower to take photos and degrade him. This by itself merits the submission of that post, due to the fact that a pack of women committed a sexual offense against a man. Possibly this involved breaking and entering into his personal residence, or they went into a men's public washroom, which constitutes a sexual offense, by itself. Therefore, the man in the image is a sexual victim, which brings in FAQ 9. There is an assumption behind the quote in this photo that the actions that the women perpetrated against this men were alright because it was man that they did this too, hence the quote, "Humiliation; They're not laughing at, just your penis". This is not shown as a crime, like it actually is; but, it is presented as humorous. Are sexual crimes committed against men funny? I think not, and I think this reddit should stand against such things, which brings in FAQ 12. All the poster wanted to do was have people discuss what would have happened if the picture had the genders reversed. This was a heinous crime committed against a man, but a website was parading it around like a joke. They even made a small penis crack while they were at it. FAQ 12 supports users questioning the things that happen to men, and this was something to be questioned.

So in short, reinstate the user immediately. Nowhere in the FAQ does it currently say that "NSFW" posts have to go through you first, so there was no way this user could have even known that. You should make these banning rules visible, so people know how to act in this reddit. In addition, the picture was not even pornography like many have alleged. It is an (disgusting) attempt at humor.

The image didn't really belong and the content was bad (not bad as in NSFW, just bad in that it made very little sense) but he does not deserve a ban.

I fully support your actions. I get sick and tired of stupid fucking idiots posting shit like this. Porn has become a disease, it is everywhere. I try to avoid it, but fucking idiots like this keep posting this stupid shit. Reddit hasn't been banned at my work place yet but it's only a matter of time. The issues discussed in this subreddit are important to me and I don't want the right to view this from work taken away from me.

I'm not terribly anti-porn, but porn is for a different reddit.
