Was it scripted? Was it news presenter Belinda Heggen making a not-so-subtle dig at a co-presenter?

After a segment about the Ashes urn, Mark Aiston from Ten News in Adelaide said, "I just can't understand how something so small can be so impressive."

I think it could have been construed as a "short" joke, not a small penis joke. It's hard to tell while he's sitting, but that guy might be on the shorter side...

...I don't really find this offensive. I mean, once on CNN one of the male anchors (I don't remember which one) tossed to a female reporter standing in a grocery store by saying "nice melons... lying there behind you!" Nothing happened. In fact, I found it amusing.
