So now there is a knife and red marks on her neck. (aka holding or strangling) This reminds me of when I said in the other thread that we did not know enough to already judge Charlie Sheen or his wife. I said his jailing was justified as we didn't know whether he threatened her and she recanted her story as a result of that.

If she would have genuinely been abused (which I highly doubt) then wouldn't she fear possible repercussions and recant her story because she is being abused ? It could be that the liquid courage she drank made her "fess up" The fact that the case is still being pursued is perfectly justifiable from the police's point of view. I don't think that Charlie Sheen should be jailed in the meantime, or be found guilty in any way, but that doesn't change the fact that women who are being abused that do tell the police are prone to recanting stuff due to fear. If he was found guilty (without any further evidence) then this should be an outrage.

Yeah, turns out this isn't a simple black or white case, there were marks on her body and a knife was present. We don't know the specifics, so lets not talk about it.

Because it's completely impossible that a drug addict whose already shot one of his partners once, would do something like threaten someone with a knife. Nevermind the fact that he also threatened his previous partner.

I didn't handle my divorce very well either chuck. But no knives were involved until I tried to kill myself a few months after she left.

Magnuson says he then observed "red marks on the upper part of the front of her neck." Mueller says the marks were made as Sheen held her down on the bed. Mueller says Sheen placed a medium-sized, folding knife, blade exposed, next to her throat while he straddled her on the bed. Mueller says she was in pain and afraid she was going to die while Sheen's hand was on her throat.
