Of course she tried to blame him: "and blamed her husband for being cold, unfaithful and disinterested in the children". So why didn't she just LEAVE him. Stupid cow.

I think its great that a man's suffering is finally recognized, but lets get to the nitty gritty for a second.

How is she going to afford 200,000 euros? Doesn't this just hurt the 3 (of 4) kids that weren't his? Sure I understand the man should be compensated for pain and suffering, but in the end, its the kids that will suffer. And does he intend on fighting for custody of the kid that is his? Doesn't that just divide the children which would also probably harm them. I understand the damage was done years ago when the woman slept around and pretended the kids were his, but it just doesn't seem like there's any method of restitution to the man that don't make victims of the children.

What are the 3 children suppose to do now? Try and contact their actual biological father and make a family with them? I suppose its not as far fetched as it initially appears, but it'd be hard for children to accept a new dad all of after all this court drama. Is the biologiical father on the hook for child support now?

In the end it just seems like while the man "won" when his suffering is acknoledged by no less than the highest court, the children had already "lost" regardless of the court's out come; and it was all the woman's fault.
