Good she's in jail, ridiculous it's only 4 months. The penalty for falsely accusing someone should be the penalty for the falsely asserted crime.

Good, she should be in prison for a long long fucking time. Personally, I hope she gets stabbed and raped in prison

4 Months is not long enough since that man would have been sent to prison for 5-life. If he ever got out he would've been a sex offender for life too.

I hope he wins a civil suit significant enough to cover the humiliation and shame from this accusation. This is why all women's names need to be made public in cases of rape accusation.
