CAFE (men and families) has men's centers throughout Canada.

That's the only group I know of off hand.

I think they have at least one in every territory in Canada. Only one (in Toronto) is a domestic violence shelter but they all have domestic violence services, mental health services, legal services, and I'm sure they would try as best as they can to help anyone who came to their door.
