I notice this used quite a lot on Twitter and other social media, a lot of female users (many of whom feminists, unsurprisingly) who often use this in their user description. It always irks me, just what's the point? It seems to me to only further reinforce identity politics and for feminists to enforce their supremacist way of thinking. I've seen some male users use "he/him" but not nearly as much.
