dont fake it. dont laugh at jokes that arent funny. dont smile unless you genuinly have a reason or if you catch her staring at you and she knows shes caught.

The truth is, you need to be honest. But in order to do so effectively, you must understand your own goals.

Figure out what really matters to you in life, then act on it, be happy to say no. Don't smile unless it's natural, don't laugh unless you're elated, don't frown unless you are truly disapproving.

Be real, real and raw, but do not show weakness. That's the one thing you can't volunteer or allow pulled from you. Remember, weakness is admission of a lack of security. You must be secure in presentation.

You'll be fine. Stop thinking so much and start doing. All the praxeology in the world is nothing without experiential application.

It's not harming your game. Smiling can be a sign of warmth and charisma. Something that many great leaders have mastered over the years. It opens people up to you. Be a leader of men and women will follow

For me, being Stoic means having control over what you let affect you. Whether it be funny or sad, its your choice to laugh or cry. Laugh at the good stuff, and just acknowledge the rest.

The problem is not smiling, the problem is letting your emotions control your life. For example, you are trying to game a girl you are comfortable with, she notices and makes a comment about it. You can laugh, embarassed, and reveal your intentions, or you can laugh, act cocky and A&A the shit out of the situation.

You are laughing in both cases, but in the second one you are using it to your advantage.
