Reddit has been for the last years progressively dominated by normies, even worse, american normies who despite their professed love for individuality and freedom are still the same 'ol busybody conformists that dominated the "moral majority" of the Reagan era, warning us of the dangers and immorality of same sex marriages,

today their political views don't allow these types to use racist or homophobic insults, but at their core normies are still horrible, judgemental people so when they get the rare opportunity to drag, shun and insult someone in a socially acceptable way they'll enjoy every moment of it,

normies take such great pleasure in height-shaming people like Ben Shapiro, Joe Rogan, etc. even though height is mostly due to genetics and non-white people and poor people tend to be shorter and the panic around age-gap couples (be it with a older man or woman) is justified, much like with homophobia and racism, in terms of personal disgust.

the american normie finds problematical everything that doesn't follow the rat-race mentality of a hyper-industrialized society like the US, with it we get cartoonishly scripted "life stages" as if life ought to play-out in a controled algorithmic order where everyhting is calculated to avoid a "power imbalance" their new religion.
