Has anyone here started a business in the middle of your divorce? I’m approaching nearly 1.5years into the divorce proceedings and have trial this fall.

I’m trying to move on with my life and have a business partner and non-community funds secured to start my own LLC and begin work as additional source of income, which has been signed off by all parties and judge that I’m free to use the funds as I see fit.

Outside of a portion of the addition income going to child support, which is fine and expected, what don’t I know and should be on the look out for?

I already consulted attorney and seem good to go, but my STBXW is an entitled snake & I don’t trust her not to consider go after more money. Maybe I’m just paranoid.
