I took a quick look at the Dept of Justice report from 2012 and the numbers are:

Total boys sexually assaulted: 1390.

Percent rapists female: 89.1%

Percent man and women rapists: 3%.

Percent of prisoners male: 91%.

Percent of staff female: 44%.

Percent abused more than once: 85.9.

Boys made the first move: 17.4%

Boys exposed to threat of force: 20.3%.

So I guess it's not because "women are more exposed to children" excuse for why women do more child abuse. I suppose women are just as big rapists as men when they have power. Maybe that's why radical feminists say "all men are rapists".

But probably not. It probably means that men and women are equally likely to abuse power for sex and probably money. No gender has a monopoly on being good or bad.

Boys need to be protected from female predators. Recognizing women can rape would go a long way toward that goal.

Even when presented with hard numbers the officials cannot overcome their gynocentric programming.
