Those pics are appropriate and tasteful for a dating website. There's a visible delt line which shows muscle definition but without posting any douchey shirtless pics. Bonus points for including "action shots" of your hobbies, which are HVM hobbies. Lifting is good, hiking is good. Your physical appearance is above average in the sense that I wouldn't exclude you based solely on your looks. If I saw you on Tinder, I would probably swipe right based off the pics and brief description of yourself.
Constructive feedback:
If your looks aren't a problem then unfortunately the issue is your personality, sorry. The way you write about yourself reads like you have bad self esteem. At the same time though, it's also bad to overshoot and become arrogant, so don't go and try too hard to become aLpHa. In my experience, the issue with shorter men isn't their literal height, but their inferiority complex. They often overcompensate by acting inappropriately aggressive, like a yapping chihuahua. I have dated men who are shorter than me, and the thing that always ends up turning me off is their bitterness towards women and the world in general for perceived injustices. Left untreated, by the time they become middle-aged it becomes their excuse for everything, even if it's mostly imaginary: "I can't get a promotion at work because I'm short, women won't ever love me because I'm short, that employee at Tim Hortons is smirking at me because I'm short". What they never seem to realize is that their height isn't the thing holding them back, it's their attitude.
HVM have a quiet confidence. Women are like horses, we can sense people's vibes.
I recommend going to therapy: I'm assuming that it would be covered by your employer, and even if it isn't, you earn a decent enough income to be able to afford it. Seeing a therapist regularly will help you untangle your self esteem issues and become more confident.
An important thing to remember is that you shouldn't tie your self worth to the number of relationships you've had, and that getting a girlfriend won't cure your poor self esteem. Even if you were to get a girlfriend, those self esteem issues would still be there, and would likely put a strain on your relationship, so you would have a hard time keeping her. Men with poor self esteem act desperate and insecure at best; at worst, they may become abusive and bully their girlfriend to bring her down to his level. So, focus on leveling up mentally for now, and the rest will follow.
