Do you even know what a vasectomy is, like the actual procedure? They snip the little tube that carries your sperm (vas deferens) so that the sperm doesn't leave your dick. You still shoot out your load, just without the baby makers in it. I had myself snipped and have noticed no discernible difference in anything (size, texture, no reports of it tasting different either). To answer your question about the effect on your T levels, testosterone is mostly produced in your testes, so unless your doctor does a really bad job, like cuts off your balls, your T levels will be unaffected. If anything I've noticed an increase in sex drive now that I don't have to worry about pregnancy scares.

BTW, good for you on wanting to get snipped early, but 20yo may be difficult to find a doctor to do it (I was 24 and married and it was still hard to find a doctor to do it). My advice would be to get a consult ASAP, that way a year or two from now they can look back and see that you've wanted this for a while and not making a spur-of-the-moment decision.

I regret it. I started wanting a legacy 5 years later.

FFS, don't do it at age 20 unless you have a serious hereditary disease.

It has no effect on test levels. The volume of your ejaculate will go down, although that seems to diminish over time.
