I love reading PPD, even though I don't relate to it at all. I'm a happily married lesbian and I'm really glad I am this way.

Male x Female dating dynamics sounds So damn complicated. There are this enormous load of unspoken roles you have to act on in order to deserve affection... Men have to be strong, kinda asshole, independent, rich, sociable... And Women have to be beautiful, young, feminine, vulnerable (but not too much), submissive (but not too much) and pure

Actually it feels kind of nice to be detached from this. When it comes to lesbian dating scene, you don't really have roles or "musts". You do what you feel like, dress the way ou want to and behave how you like, and people aren't going to automatically judge you out of the dating market for not fitting roles that don't really exist If you want to wait for the one, that's cool If you want to bang chicks in every corner, that's cool too Also, I feel detached from some biologic determinisms you guys talk about, such as hypergamy.

Any other gay fellows around? How do you feel about it?
