Attractiveness will always be a factor, I think maybe try and focus more outside the box, e.g. I've seen woman with damn ugly faces, but really nice bodies, I'm assuming they got those bodies through exercise and dieting. I bet you could do some good stuff on your skin with experimenting with oils or those beauty products as well.

Well, first we need to agree that lady game is getting commitment, and getting sex is guy game, as that is what is difficult for both parties to get.

So sexual market value will be important but you will need commitment market value to get commitment more or less regardless of how attractive/sexy you are. Your full romantic value is a sum of your commitment value and sexual value. Everyone's job in life is to increase/maintain both of those to their best ability and then match those with an optimal partner.

SMV for women & men is physical health/attractiveness. CMV for women is mostly the core of feminine traits that make for a good mother/nurturer. CMV for men is mostly the core of masculine traits that make for a good provider/protector.

Now anything is possible, but not probable. This is a major difference between men & women...women tend to view the world in possibility and men tend to view in probability. If your SMV is a 4 and your CMV is a 10 then your optimal match is a 7 (4+10 / 2 = 7) so a 7 is your total RMV. It is possible to pair with someone higher or lower but doing so becomes increasingly less likely to work long term. That holds true even if it is the other way around. A 10 SMV with a 4 CMV would struggle just the same.

The problem you see with most modern women is they only consider their SMV which plays to the advantage of men as sex is the goal for men...it is not the goal for women, biologically speaking.

There is no reason ANYONE needs to be below a 5 on the SMV scale, unless you were unfortunate enough to be born with an extreme physical deformity. We cannot reverse time, but we CAN change our bodies. No one HAS to be obese or overweight. A fit and healthy body is achievable by anyone who puts in the time and effort, and being fit and healthy raises your SMV. You can also take good care of your skin, avoid drinking, smoking, and doing drugs, and learn how to groom and style yourself in a way that is flattering and attractive.

Would you have to be Alright with sharing him sexually

It depends how you define “a very high value man”. If your idea of that is someone like Dan Bilzerian, then yeah, you’re probably gonna have to share him no matter what. But if you define HVM as a man who is good at achieving his goals, and realize that the right HVM for you is one whose goals are compatible with what you want from a relationship, then it doesn’t have to be like that. If you want flashiness and the esteem of being with a Dan Bilzerian-type over all else, then being part of his rotation may not be so bad. But if you want a family with a successful man, then you can certainly look for the type of man who aligns with that.

Think about it this way. SMV is your foot in the door and your ticket to the party. Without a sufficient SMV to make them attracted to you, there is almost no way you can lock him in regardless of how awesome you are. Luckily, we already know we have a lot of control over our SMV. But just having a sufficient SMV isn’t enough to lock him in. A foot in the door and a ticket to the party doesn’t guarantee anything else. That’s where girl game and RMV step in, and why they MUCH more important than SMV alone. Girl game and RMV are what makes men committed and devoted to you, not SMV.

I would say those ladies won their guys over with their RMV, not SMV. If you're wondering about increasing your SMV you can look into looksmaxxing etc.

But to answer the question of whether a high value man would want you, you have to ask yourself what a high value man wants, and then become that. I don't even know what you think high value is so I couldn't begin to answer this question.

I think it depends on the guy… I’ve seen guys cheat on gorgeous women so idk.

I’m not attractive even though I am thin (not saying that as a dismorphia thing, I have objectively a lot of bad facial features). I have dated ugly dudes, even uglier than my attractiveness range, and still got cheated on. But these dudes were very much lacking in their morals and values!

If you have an amazing body and fit - curvy - exceptional figure that may trump an unattractive face. But otherwise hvm have their pick. Invest in your looks.

If a woman got her BMI down to 20 with 20% body fat, I'd be surprised if she was still unattractive in a physical SMV sense.

Assuming that she has achieved the 20/20 gold standard and is still fugly, she could date older men who are more willing to take her on since their options are a lot worse among their peers.

A woman can work on her feminine qualities, like cooking, being a great sexual partner (hit the gym), promoting her loyal qualities by dressing well and being agreeable, etc.
