We've all seen the quote from the title when women want to justify misandry. Let's ignore the fact that this is almost identical to the arguments used by racist old pearl-clutchers to justify hating black people. Let's ignore how this xenophobic response has been used to justify prejudice for millennia (it's equivalent to saying "Well one of them did something harmful to one of us. So none of us should trust any of them." Kinda like saying "I just cant tell by looking which of *them are the good ones." What, we all look the same to you?...).

Let's also ignore how long that parenthetical statement was, and examine the quote itself. I've seen it in text, I've overheard it in conversation, it's just thrown around so freely... Is there any truth to it? That seems like a lot of rape. Of course, that means a lot of men are raping a lot of women. Interestingly, I've never known a man who raped women. The only women I know who say they were raped had blacked out from booze before the supposed rape. They don't remember what was probably enthusiastic consensual sex, and assume some man drugged and raped them: we have all seen how DTF and slutty drunk chicks can be - they just expect us to not to respect the decisions they make while drunk. But... I think if we were to press these women for answers, suddenly nobody would be able to name these rape victims. Because they don't actually exist. Women have heard this quote so much that they all internalized it. It's like a meme being bandied about and they nodded their empty heads in agreement rather than thinking critically about what they've heard. Something something #MeToo.

Just remember, gentleman - think however you like, but act as if you align with the zeitgeist. We'll never convert a feminist. We can just hope to find men who are on the fence and keep them from becoming male feminists. Cuz, ew. Male feminists...ick.
