Sounds like you were trying to seriously date a single mother. That's not how it's supposed to work. There's this single mother I know, she's gorgeous, works out every day and has a body that most 18 year old women are jealous of, and when her kid is with the father she's free for a night.

If you're not trying to wife them up, what's wrong with enjoying their company?

Yeah you definitely need to be careful with single moms. You just need to understand that you will be way down on her priority list, regardless of what she tells you. Also be careful if you’re a high earner. Being a single mom is hard, many of them are looking for a financial bailout.
Also remember, if she isn’t going to give you kids of your own then you have zero incentive to marry her.

Many dont date them just like many women wont date men with kids. Childfree people tend to stick to other childfree. Just like single parents tend to pair off with other single parents as they get it.

Or you know some are nice women and they treat their men well? Some have 50/50 so they have time for dates? Some like kids and not bothered by it?

I dont find it stooping so low because not everyone is you and thinks like you.

Enjoy the selection while you can. This is only an issue in your 20s. By the time your reach your 30s, EVERYONE has kids. And on top of that, the girl you’re dating will have to put up with you sending a very large check to your babymama every month.
