The blog is arguing that lawfare is the answer to unfair child custody practices, and I agree.

It is most certainly not the answer to many men's issues. You can't sue your way out of "95% of workplace fatalities are men" or "the suicide rate is four times higher for men" or "men exist under a cloud of suspicion that we intend to harm any woman or child we're speaking to."

If there was a guy with enough money or people crowdfunded it, we could probably have a decent attempt at lawfare against the government and their allocation of funding for various things.

We'd need to properly investigate things like how much goes to breast cancer research compared with prostrate cancer, funding for women's mental health issues (e.g. post natal depression) compared with men's mental health issues etc. Then see where the government funding is disproportionate to the size of the issue. I think hitting them on multiple fronts simultaneously would be good. It would need to be "PR friendly" so there would need to be a decent amount of women involved too. Otherwise the media will portray it badly and then you lose any chance of public support.

Here in the UK, we can report "hate incidents". They usually aren't crimes but they are recorded and investigated by the police regardless. The "men exist under a cloud of suspicion" could be tackled by us reporting each of these incidents. Trans activists are notorious for using this tactic against social media posts made by people.

That is exactly what I have been doing. I have the funding and the team to run the table. Stay tuned to MisandryToday and you will see epic things happen.

Sounds promising. Got a link?

No, but law is generally how people default on morality. It also requires time, effort and cooperation to change law which many take as an indication of logic or correctness. You can't and shouldn't force everyone to think the same in the same way but we can create a ripple effect in social thinking that will not only benefit us men but also women and any other category you could think of by reinforcing egalitarian ideas.

Even 25 years ago I won 50/50 equal shared parenting. It went very well. That is the kind of proof that will get laws to change.

I'm not from U.S, but this seems reasonable to me
